The hotel is absolutely stunning! The view was simply breathtaking, enchanting me again and again every day. The location was perfect, close to everything, yet quiet, peaceful, and ideal for relaxing. What really made my stay special was the extremely kind and attentive staff, they helped with a smile everywhere, genuinely cared about us, and always had a kind word. The food was fantastic, varied, delicious, and met every expectation from breakfast to dinner, everything was perfect. Overall, this place was magical, and honestly, there is nothing bad to say about the hotel. It was a wonderful experience to be here.

The location, the hotel itself and the amenities were phenomenal. We felt very welcome from the very first moment at the hotel. It has its dedicated beach, which was also a plus. During breakfast, lunch & dinner there were wide selections of food to choose from. The view from the hotel is amazing as well; its location is great because you can visit the Old Town, Faliraki & other cities quite easily. The hotel also had a spa salon, a grocery store within and a beauty salon inside, which was very convenient.

Everything was great, however I would mention these opportunities to improve: 1) The animators - I guess it depends on what to compare with, but overall energy seemed to be low. It would be good to change the program and add a variety of different activities: tennis matches, running together, swimming competition in the ocean etc. It depends, of course, on the target audience - but the activities above would capture the interests of younger visitors. 2) The two ladies working the pool bar during the day: it felt a little bit like it was a chore for them to be there every day; I wish they were a bit more welcoming; 3) Gym - overall okay; perhaps a bit more of free weights / dumb bells would be great

Loved the lazy river, entertainment staff (particularly Lilla and Guilia), food was good and varied, cocktails were very high standard, bar staff were very efficient and remembered your drinks. Plenty of space on the beach. Entertainment was of a high standard (loved Abba tribute band). Generally a very chilled ambiance.

Cleaning staff were very noisy, talking very loudly and generally crashing about quite early in the morning. Could do with some more comfortable seating outside - a few sofas etc. Nowhere cool to sit outside during the day. The beach bar gets incredibly hot so we sought refuge in the outside part of the restaurant when it was shut. Treadmills in the gym were out of order for the whole time we were there.

Sea and beaches were wonderful at Faliraki. I suggest visit all beaches as much as possible. Everyone of them wonderful. During day, there is mini activities. Nightly activites are in concept cycle. Greek Night and ABBA was fun. Hotel personel/staff were friendly. You may ask for anything, they will help you. Due to location, sea and beach were calm and clean. However nights can be windy, we call it Rhodes winds. Bus stop is infront of hotel. Also bus routines during day will cover up day trips. No need to rent car for city trips unless you want to travel whole island. For your visit, Old City at seaport almost takes around 15-25 mins with bus. Bus stops at around 5-10 mins of walk distance. There is also taxi stop at the west of port, next to sea gate.

Everything was good as expected.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to thank everyone, especially the entertainment team, which consisted of three incredibly energetic individuals, and the hotel staff, who were always warm and welcoming with smiles on their faces. We also appreciated being allowed to check in earlier than the official time of 3 PM, as we arrived around 11 AM. As all-inclusive guests, we found the concept comprehensive, covering everything from meals to drinks. While the meals were generally tasty and enjoyable.

We noticed that some meat dishes—particularly fish—seemed to be improperly cooked. Regarding beverages, the quality of the drinks was below our expectations. Most of the brands appeared to be local and unfamiliar, and cocktails were overly sweet, to the point that we often couldn’t finish them.

We got upgraded from side sea view to front view, amazing view. Sea, green patches, pools :) Meals were great, good variety of veggies, fish, meat, pasta, pizza, of good quality. Waiters/waitresses very quick to action any requests. The various reception personel were all excellent, spoke great english and would go above and beyond to help or provide information. Entertainment was nice, the bar room is a bit small but possibly due to early in the season as we had some storms. Bartenders in the bar room were great lads. 2 pools and a lazy river (ride a buoy and relax). Private beach, stone pebbles, free sunbeds, sea goes deep quite quickly. Variety of drinks was better than other all inclusives. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Wood style in the room looked from a different era.

This is the best pure, crystal-clean sea water I've ever seen! For the last 30 years, they have obtained a Blue Certificate for perfectly clean water, and I highly recommend experiencing it. The water is pleasantly warm in September, and there are great weather conditions and lots of sun. You can always find free sunbeds; there are no issues with that at all. I loved the food selection—they offered different menus every day. Fresh fruits, cold and warm starters, seafood, soups, main courses, local wines and spirits, and a fantastic dessert table. We loved our waitress, Alina. This hotel is mainly for couples and solo travelers, so there are very few kids. I checked reviews before booking, and this fact was my main reason for staying in this hotel; I wanted a calm vacation without kids screaming and crying everywhere. If you're looking for some piece - this is your place.

The building and amenities are outdated. I paid around $400/night for a twin room, which isn't worth the money—it's too pricey for that look. The hotel is clean, but it's not cozy. You won't find nice places to hide with a book or coffee and take some photos. Renovation is desperately needed. However, I'm still putting 10 out of 10 because I had such a nice vacation there.

Very good hotel with perfect meal, very clean, good wi-fi-I can simply used it on the beach. Very nice staff, ready to support with any of your requests. The big advantage-leasy river on the territory, it's so cool!! The sea is amazing, beach is very good and you can always find a place easily. I would highly recommend it for people who are looking for calm and comfortable vacation (not noisy with clubs and disco and not for families with small children-no separate children animation here, can be a little bit boring for them, but again-it's up to you)

The only thing can be improved-noisy air conditioning, but it's up to you how to react!) We were ok.

The things that we liked most is the food, including taste and variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 1-day free Greek alacarte can also be considered as nice benefit as it allows you to taste various Greek dishes under different atmosphere. Sea was fantastic, it has quite calm water without waves so that you can enjoy swimming for whole day. The sea bottom was entirely sandy except the entrance. Housekeeping was good, they properly made up pur room on every aftenoon. Room has sufficient conditions and space to accomodate 2 adults and 1 child. The staff was well-trained, supportive and friendly.

Beach could have been also sandy, walking around was a bit challenging. Bottled water should be added to all inclusive concept. Air conditioning inside the room is operating noisy. Snacks between lunch and dinner should be improved in terms of taste and variety.

Nice small hotel, very clean, bit of animations but not too much, not loudly, sunbeds on beach avalaible all day, good meal, drinks included in all inclusive quite good, peables beach, lazy river (donuts included), icecream taste ok.

Snacks was poor (after breakfast and between lunch and dinner), some pizza slides, cakes, poor fruit. In my opinion all inclusive is more like full board with drinks.
