This hotel is excellent, well managed, we felt fortunate to find it. Best of all - the staff - who are friendly, attentive, welcoming, helpful and willing. Excellent location for us, easy access and parking. The hotel is well presented, comfortable, bright, modern, clean and spacious. Furnishings in good condition. A garden outside. The swimming pool is a good size, well presented and a good selection of chairs and decent loungers and umbrellas provided. Excellent, generous breakfast. Bar and light snacks/meals served during the day. Our room was “side view” but also had a sea-view window. It was spacious with a very pleasant, modern, clean shower room. Comfortable large bed, good pillows, bed linen and towels changed frequently. Good size bath towels. Swim towels provided. Good Air-con. Washing machine available to guests. Good value for money and a really pleasant atmosphere.

Nothing to dislike.

Nice and clean room, newly renovated with a good shower and good bed. The pool is lovely and there’s a gym. Staff is very friendly, lovely breakfast. Wonderful place for a few resting days. The hotel is right on the coast so you fall asleep with the sounds of the sea in the background. Beautiful sunset from te room. I loved the colony of swallows that’s nesting on the side of the building. Marathopolis is small and a lot is under construction. There’s one main street and a small boulevard with some restaurants.

What a find! We had an amazing stay at Artina Hotel. The room was on the 1st floor, on the side of the hotel with a balcony and sea view. It was quiet, modern and clean with a safe, a kettle and a little fridge. The beds were comfortable and made everyday. The hotel is also eco friendly, which is a huge bonus. The breakfast was delicious with a mixture of continental food and more local specialities. The views are breathtaking and you get to eat/drink by the sea. The pool was a perfect size and so welcoming after a long day visiting the area. There was always a sun lounger available. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants on the sea front, local corner shops and plenty of souvenir shops. I cannot praise the owners and staff enough! Friendly, welcoming and always available. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We are avid travellers and I normally don't like visiting the same place twice as I believe the world is big with so many places to visit. However, we LOVED this place so much that I will definitely return next year.

The triple room was cozy for 3 adults (2 adults and a tall 16 year old) and there was not much space to store our clothes, but it had all the commodities needed. A really minor thing in comparison to the amazing stay we had.

Very beautiful hotel, the pool and the room was very clean! Also the breakfast was very good in a very beautiful location especially for the sunset!

Although we requested for a double bed, there was 2 single beds that had a mattress topper on top with a double bed shits, that was kinda uncomfortable.

Very friendly, customer-oriented staff. We were delighted with a surprise room upgrade that made our 5-night stay all the more enjoyable. Very well-equipped gym, clean sauna. The company of nesting house martins kept us entertained. Thanks!

Absolutely nothing!

Amazing bedroom with a great sea view and an extremely comfortable king size bed. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Nice breakfast as well and very afordable The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always worried to know if I was enjoying my stay and if I needed anything. Good location with easy access and parking is also available.

The only drawback was quite a small room, we were in three, if we had bigger suitcases we would have a problem. No shelves or wardrobe.

The staff bent over backwards to help, the room and views were amazing and great to have a proper shower, breakfast was very good., I was recommended this hotel and I'll recommend it to all my friends.

The place is marvelous, next to the seaside, in Marathopolis with lots of cafes and taverns and 10' by car from wonderful sandy beaches. This is a value for money hotel, an ideal place to navigate Messinia, a place blessed by God.

Minor things that do not deserve much attention compared with the good things.

I arranged 7 rooms for myself and my group. Every single room exceeded our expectations as each room included a small kitchenette with many essential tools to make our stay extra comfortable. I asked for an earlier breakfast time for my group and that was provided with outstanding results. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, specially the receptionist who spend time with me to tell me about all the close by sightseeing which added extra fun to our trip. We wished we could have stayed longer at Artina.
