The location is right next to the main square and our room had a sheltered balcony that, while not offering any view, is completely sheltered from noise and wind. The room is modern and lovely, with comfortable beds. The lady who runs the place was lovely and was very nice about us checking out at the last moment.

There are some minor points of maintenance needed (eg. the bathroom drain was broken and one light didn't work), but nothing really problematic.

The location was perfect and the accommodation was exactly as pictured. The room and facilities were very clean and it was great to even have a mini-fridge that we weren't expecting. Brilliant stay.

Everything was great. We had no issues, we couldn't get the main heater to work but this had already been prepared for and a heater was provided in the room as well as a dehumidifier.

Really close to the central square yet quiet. Last minute deal offered a very good price option for Pylos. The room had all necessary facilities. Clever choice of pillows: one big and one really light. Quite clean except for one towel.

Luxury is a very misleading word to name the place, it is quite basic. The place around is messy, nothing to see from the windows except passing by people. The mattress was a way too soft for me. This is all very subjective but can be helpful for other travellers. The objective complain was a towel with signs of dirt from the previous visitors.

The location was perfect, very near to the square with so many eating places. The room was well heated and cozy, and nicely decorated. The bathroom and shower were fine.

A minor detail: only 3 coffee capsules and one teabag for 2 people were provided. The mattress could have been firmer. There was not much sunlight but that could be an advantage in the heat of the summer. A fine place to stay for a few days.

I had a bad experience with the staff which I only met through messages. I was in the area for work and demanded an invoice for my stay. The staff was very polite and reassuring, however they never sent the invoice, even though I asked politely many times. This disabled me from being reimbursed for the accommodation costs from my work.

Great location in the centre of Pylos. Nice room, well decorated. The owners were very cooperative.

It’s not a negative point, but there must be more instructions on how the boiler works (how long it takes for the water to warm up). - especially, for people who don’t live in Greece and aren’t familiar with this.

The owner is very nice and very helpful. He will send me the message to remind for arrival time. And meet me exactly point. Location is perfect .Just 5 minutes from square and very easy to find out restaurants & nice cafe. Room is big and comfortable. Very new and clean also designed.( better than 4 star hotels )

The comfort of the bed and sheets were amazing The way the room designed as wel, they brought welcoming coffess which we had in morning. Center of Pyros. What could have been asked more?

Just as the buildig is kinda old, you may hear the sound of people walking upper floor but to be ho est was not a big deal at all

Well equipped rooms with good light and only 2 minutes walk from the town centre.

The shower head was not hooked up and the room soundproofing was a bit poor.

Very nice room, super nicely decorated, spacious, comfy bed, amazing shower and tv with netflix included. Very close to the main town square and the castle. It also had a kettle, a coffee machine with 4 capsules available and a selction if teas.

Next to none natural light coming in through the window. We only stayed one night so it wasn't an issue!
