This is an absolutely amazing property! Very clean, new, very welcoming and processional owner and his family, delicious breakfast. What we particularly liked was that we managed to sleep in the evenings without the a/c, just with the windows open, it was sufficient cool, even during the heatwave. In the evening, they even organise film nights. Excellent beds and very quiet.

Pana and his wife are the perfect hosts, very worm and welcoming people! Our villa was spotless clean, with everything we needed, the breakfast was delicios and different every morning and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking! We hope to return someday!

It’s in a very good location for visiting various beaches. The Villa is kept spotlessly clean and the garden is very well maintained. The morning starts with homemade breakfast hot from the oven with fresh eggs, fruit and vegetables. Unforgettable!!

We spent 3 nights at the Villas, 2 adults+2 kids. We loved the delicious breakfasts ( different each day), the superb view to the sea, the beautiful gardens and the quiet location. Staff has been pleasant, warm and friendly. Great experience, definitely recommended.

Excellent choice overall, helped greatly to enjoy Foinikounta and the broader area. Wonderful hosts, fantastic homemade breakfast, great facilities. Highly recommended, will definitely visit in the future if we come back.

the breakfast- unique, different day after day, with a wide variety of food, rightly prepared and served. You can hardly find breakfast like that in similar places the environment- peaceful, located in an olive tree garden, not far from the sea the owners - friendly, in a proper genuine way

Amazing location, with great views. From here you can explore all nearby area with ease and have a comfortable stay. The breakfast is epic! If you like big buffets and countless options, maybe this is not what you are looking for. But if you are a foodie looking for a real authentic experience, a homemade freshly cooked traditional breakfast you are going to have the best time ever. Definitely coming back here.

The AC is really loud, and it will take you a night at list to figure out how to properly set it to be less noisy, however still maybe an issue for some. Couple that with a noisy mini-fridge and if you are a light sleeper maybe you will not feel that comfortable. Some deep maintenance with a focus on small details, will sure make this property even better, however, still a 10 and much better from nearby options.

Amazing quiet area. The rooms were modern and clean. I can definitely recommend the place if you want a relaxing time off. The staff is polite and the breakfast is great.

Βeautiful facilities in a superb garden, very clean and comfortable room, delicious home made breakfast with local Mediterranean products served in the room. Excellent overall and highly recommended.

Everything was perfect.

The space was amazing, newly decorated with a smart finish, feeling both comfortable and stylish. Everything was spotlessly clean, there were all amenities one could hope for, and the garden was calm and charming, available to enjoy our breakfast or a relaxed evening drink with wonderful views. The hosts and staff were extremely kind and helpful and made us feel at home and welcome at all times. Last but not least, the breakfast was incredible!!! Freshly prepared delicacies, both sweet and savoury, from local produce that allowed us to explore the Messinian cuisine. Now that we have experienced this breakfast, I don't know how we can continue our lives without it! :) We highly recommend this property and we will definitely be coming back!
