A wonderful suite in a purpose built complex with a pool and parking. Sakis, the host, met us and showed us round. Our suite was modern and clean and had a really spacious living area. We had booked a twin and a double and the beds were the most comfortable of all the places we had stayed on our trip around Greece. The place is south facing, overlooking the pool and had two balconies, one in full sun and one shaded. And all the windows and French doors had a built in bug net and roller blind so you could find shade on a sunny day. There was also the option of laundry. This was a fantastic base for our exploration of the south western Peloponnesse and although we stayed in late March, a little early in the season, the pool was full and fun to return to after our daytrips. Methoni is a quaint old town a 10 minute walk away with a beach, fortress, mini market, restaurants, bars and an amazing bakery. I highly recommend Carlos Mansion.

We had a 2 bed apartment. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and was cleaned every other day with fresh bed linen and towels. The build quality of the apartments and the landscaping was excellent. Lovely olive trees, lemon trees and kept lawns. The pool was beautiful, with a jacuzzi in one corner. 15 metres long so perfect for doing some lengths or just to use to cool off. The property itself is a flat, easy 15 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the nearest restaurant and shops. Sakis the owner couldn’t have done any more to make our stay fantastic. He was always on hand to help and organised our transfer, our hire care and gave us great advice on local places and beaches to visit. The free fresh fruit and their own olive oil was a Lovely touch too.

An amazing place, blending quality and comfort with relaxation at a village. Located very close to the center of Methoni it was at a perfect quiet spot within an olive grove. Next to the complex, the hosts maintained their vegetables and fruit garden from which they offered us amazing fresh fruit and vegetables every other day. A short ride from very clean beaches with amazing waters. a special thanks to Ms Aggeliki, the pool bar hostess - who gave a present to our young son. And to Sakis, the owner who was available all the time to help, working to maintain the hotel.

Top Apartment in Methoni. Very large pool for just four apartments. Very good air condition, fully equipped kitchen, nice bath. Eletrical shutters and insect nets for all windows and balcony doors (gives you also a very secure feeling when going on a day trip). Parking space right next to apparment. Very friendly owners. About 10 min walk to bakery and shops, about 15 min to the beach. Many very nice taverns in Methoni.

Nothing, everything was perfect. If you sleep with open windows be aware of many animals in the area, so you might get woken up by sheep, goats or roosters :) But seriously, really an excellent apartment, nothing more to say.

A beautiful and comfortable apartment with a swimming pool. Super clean, and verything seemed brand new and very high quality. The owner/proprietor was very helpful and really personable.

You need a car if staying here because it is not downtown. This was not a problem for us and probably wouldn't be for most vacationers.

Location just on the outskirts of Methodist and within easy reach of Pylos and Koroni made the apartment ideal of us.

Superb pool. Great location, very good cleaning service , towels and toiletries

Lack of storage. The main bedroom had a built in wardrobe but no room for any chair. The second bedroom had no storage for clothes at all. We shared the 2 bedroom apartment as a couple and stored our case etc in the second bedroom, which made it very comfortable. If our adult children had come with us and used the second bedroom we would all have been very cramped with no where for their clothes and only 1 bathroom

Outside mount blinds, swimming pool.

Barking dogs across the road during the night, but it's not the property owner's fault and the windows can mute it quite well.
