What a wonderful 4th stay here! Even better than the other 3 stays before! This is a piece of heaven, if not the whole heaven in a slice of happiness! But, but: mediocre breakfast, every year the same, the same, something should be impovred, changed for those who come every summer; food at the restaurants crazy expensive for what they provide; this summer it was a celebration of dog owners :( and it gave the whole resort an unfortunate pet craziness "vibe" :( this is such an oasis of elegance in which this aspect doesn't fit :(; stray dogs in the Agora area, on the terrace of Parafrasi restaurant while eating!! this is so unacceptable, we were being told by a waiter that it's something normal, "Navarino dogs", stray dogs, almost reaching your plate :( This is heaven itself, with everything it has to offer, and if it will always be possible, we will be back as long as we shall live, but even paradise has it's problems. Efharisto!

The beach & hotel were fabulous. Rooms extremely luxurious and comfortable.

Food in Parafaris was ghastly by any worldwide standards, and our waiter was obsequious . the sushi at Onuki is amateur - it was very poor and over expensive for what was being offered. Golf Buggies were driven too fast by members of staff without consideration for children & elderly on the same path . Some Members of staff think by speaking English quickly & gabbling, , is impressive but it isn’t. Their over confidence is greater than their capabilities.

This is an excellent resort that exceeded our expectations. The experience was the ultimate luxury vacations with children at the age of 2 and 5. I have booked our accommodation a while ago and when we arrived at the hotel, the super friendly staff informed us for a free upgrade so we received a private suite with pool and garden. We were also allowed to brought our nanny with us with minimum extra charge. The breakfast was unbelievable, being served until 11.00 am, the rooms were super cleaned and every aspect of this hotel, which is quite challenging considering the amount of children it attracts. Facilities again exceeded our expectations with a local Agora, 3 or 4 different pools, 5 plus different restaurants, an aqua and a kids club.

This is an excellent hotel with exceptional service for anyone who can afford the budget. The restaurants inside the resort are similarly quite expensive. They offer premium services.

We are a family of four. Our kids loved it , especially the activities at Morias grass. Magic Toldo was amazing. Also, the magic sandcastle was a plus since the kids could spend some quality time there, and the parents could relax a bit. Everything was on walking distance . The restaurant, the pools, the fitness centre. (Fully equipped fitness centre and great indoor swimming pool). The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough, and the cleaning ladies did a great job during our stay. Always responsive and discreet.

The food at the buffet restaurant could have been of better quality. Also, there were not so many options or food based on regional and local products and raw materials. Navarino Agora was a bit boring, and no events were arranged in the night.

It is always a great destination for a family with kids. Staff were very polite and friendly. The room was at a great location close to the reception and morias.

I believe the quality of the food is lower vs prior year. Last year at morias there was a bbq night, a fish night with people grilling outside live. Also this year the events at the grass for kids we're very poor. Last year there wasagic tolto and other events.

So clean. Amazing pools and the room was beautiful. A truly magical location, quiet and peaceful. We came around off season, everyone was very nice, very helpful staff. Every request we had was responded. The water park is great. The lagoon pool was very good for small children. In one word - wow. We will definitely return in the following years.

Coffee in the morning buffet was not good in my opinion. It was a big dissonance from the entire experience it was shown that it wasn’t made with Love. As coffee lovers we felt that was lacking , for example basic “latte art” or even pouring the milk with some technique would have improved but also the basic espresso flavor was a bit funky. In addition, water price in the dinner restaurants was very high, when you’re paying so much - water could be priced a bit more reasonably.

This was our second time in the resort for Easter. From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional—every interaction felt genuine and personalized. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were made to feel welcome right away. We attended all services during the Holy Week at the church of the resort. The highlight was the Easter celebrations with traditional dances, local treats and amazing food.

Nothing, everything was great.

- There were some misunderstanding during our orders from the room service - Many times, the 0 number was not responding to our calls, or waited too much - The food was overpriced - After our first overnight, the cleaning service did not come, we needed to call them several times in order to make our room

The rooms are spacious and clean with good sound isolation. The surroundings are beautiful. The beach is super and the sea is deep near the sore so it’s only for kids that swim well. Many pools and a mini water park will satisfy the little ones. The staff is very polite and willing to help you with everything. We had a fantastic staying

Somethings were really overpriced at the restaurants and a the shops in the resort

Very spacious and quiet room, great landscape ans surroundings, very good breakfast and several facilities to use (indoor pool, bicycles, gym). Very friendly staff.

The room should have a door mat in order to clean shoes before entering the (especially when it rains as was the case when we stayed). Cleaning service staff should replace the used soap in the sink or provide an additional one on a daily basis (for a 5 star hotel this should be obvious!). No hanger to dry wet towels or swimming suits is available in the balcony (this should also be obvious!).
