Our recent stay at W Costa Navarino was nothing short of spectacular. This 5-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation, offering an exclusive and relaxing experience that made our vacation unforgettable. We found the entire hotel environment so relaxing and pleasant that we didn't leave the premises from check-in until check-out. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. A special shoutout to Maria at the reception, who not only greeted us with a warm smile but also took the time to give us a comprehensive tour of the hotel complex, explaining all the amenities and features. Her hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. The service at Costa Navarino is unparalleled. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Our room was spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. We loved the several pools available at the hotel and the private access to the beach. The evening entertainment was a pleasant surprise, with a DJ playing music on the beach. A noteworthy mention is the proximity to the Navarino Agora shopping and restaurant complex, just a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast was another highlight. The variety and quality of the food were astounding, far exceeding typical European standards.

There are a few areas for improvement. The restaurants within the hotel are quite expensive, and this extends to the food and drinks available at the pool. Additionally, the room contains hotel merchandise like flip-flops and sunscreen, which are not complimentary. The minibar with drinks and snacks is also quite pricey. It's something to keep in mind when planning your budget for the trip.

We spend 3 wonderful days. Staff and a lot of activities at our disposal all day long. A peaceful ambiance at swimming pools and at beach. The best breakfast ever ... wonderful restaurant with sunset just in front... we didn t want to leave! Fantastic experience!!!!!

Amazing experience! Plenty of space at the beach, no need to reserve the beds in advance, the distance between the beds is nice as well. One of the best breakfasts I've seen at the hotels - wide variety, great quality, fast service even during the busiest time.

It might not feel like an authentic Greek experience if that's what you're looking for :) However, if you want to be at a great place and enjoy the beach with excellent service, this is right for you.

Extraordinary breakfast - we travel a lot, I am "breakfast lover" so it is very important element of each stay and I have to admit that W Costa Navarino is a kind on its own - we have never seen that kind of breakfast organization - 4 different station with excellent food and drinks in each of them. What is also surprising - moving restaurants away from the main hotel building (and sleeping part of the resort) is very good solution - those, who want to party stay in "Agora" part of the resort; those, who want to have quiet rest -sleep nicely in hotel part. Good invention.

Difficult to say; if I have to indicate anything that was little bit below my expectations - it was softness of the mattress, but it is very individual; I prefer hard mattresses, but for some people it could be positive.. Otherwise -great experience - congratulations to architects and staff

- The seashore had some stones and it was uncomfortable to step on, but you can easily use the ponton to get into the sea - You are not allowed to use inflatables in the pool

Excellent customer service, peaceful and calm vibe, very good interior design, love the room so much with the swim-up pool. Me and my friends had so much fun in the pool with the staff who work at the bar and the pool. I will come back again and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The only thing I don't like is they miss our shuttle to the golf course on the first day The breakfast has wide range of variety, however I think some of the meats (sausage) is a bit hard.

If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would . The staff are super friendly and efficient, the facilities are 1st class, the choice of restaurants across Costa Navarino sites was great, the beach was clean and not crowded and the decor and vide were fantastic. If I could live here I would

First of all, the room was great and everyone was very friendly. As the hotel is on the expensive side, there are a few points that could be improved. Drone policy. Having people fly drones over the pool and at the beach is a nuisance and an attack on privacy. Second, the breakfast. While it offered ample choices and is in a great location - with sea view - the eggs were not warm, the pancakes and the waffles were hard. Third, if you have a room at the Agora part, you have a long way to walk plus a guard asking for identification which might be necessary but is not very inviting. A bridge connecting both parts was closed (an automatic door opening to hotel key cards would be a solution).

amazing location and resort architecture; beach front villa with two bedrooms with easy upgrade was one of the best we have ever had; the atmosphere in the resort and restaurant and lounges is just awesome

I think the food and drinks are too pricey and it’s t the limit where I don’t support this anymore - but this is across Greece at the moment. As the villa was a bit outside I would have wished to have a much greater minibar /fridge but not a deliver service charge for 9 Euros.
