We had a wonderful stay at this charming studio! The apartment is located on a hill with a beautiful view over the sea, right in the heart of the town. You really feel immersed in the local life, watching the town's daily rhythm from the comfort of the outdoor table and chairs. The studio itself is nicely furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area is also very quiet, making it the perfect spot to relax. While there are parking spots available, be mindful that the streets are quite narrow, and to reach the apartment from the town center, you do have to walk up a few stairs. We didn’t mind at all—it was the perfect excuse for a refreshing walk, especially after indulging in the delicious local food. Stella, the host, was fantastic—very friendly and incredibly responsive. She provided us with plenty of helpful tips on the best beaches, restaurants, and things to do in the area. Overall, the town is charming, and we had an amazing experience. Thank you for everything, Stella! We can't wait to come back.

The beds were very comfy, air worked well but everyone had to agree to lock every single window and door in the 2 bed place before it worked. The outdoor seating was great and there were lovely views. Mosquito screens on all windows. Housekeeper very responsive when we needed more toilet paper. Good shower. Lots of balconies Coffee machine and kettle and good fridge/freezer but no ice cube tray.

The arrival info was sketchy. We didn't realise it was on a massive hill and hauled our cases up innumerable steps before we arrived and were told we could have parked at the place!!! The sink tap is badly designed and leaks and soaked the toilet paper resting on the edge of it. Apparently not replacing breakage because insufficient glasses for 4 people. Kitchen stools excruciatingly uncomfortable. Eat outside!

Very quiet and modern apartments nicely situated close to the central square of Pylos. Very comfortable bed and nice outside area to sit in the mornings. Good hairdryer and all other essentials included in the kitchen area. Great reception from Stella who helped quickly with any issues and sent a lot of very helpful information about the local area. True it is located up the hill and parking could be tricky in the narrow streets but we parked down in the harbour area with no issues and just walked (~5 minutes).

Just a really minor thing, the bathroom and toilet are separate rooms directly on the bedroom with glass doors. The light and fan have been cabled that they always come on for both rooms at the same time which can be a little startling overnight.

Excellent studio apartment, very clean and spacious. The little terrace was nice for breakfast/catching a sunset. Kitchen has everything you need. Great location. Airconditioning in living area and bedroom, only works when you insert the key in the flat but cools down the flat quickly. Stella was an excellent host, providing great advise for local restaurants and places to see. Highly recommend for a visit to Pylos!

The studio was nice to be in, airco worked well, nice shower. The hostess was very friendly. We had an issue with the WiFi and she immediately had it fixed. There was water in the fridge and coffee to make. Overall great experience. Would recommend. It’s a small walk from the center square of Pylos, but be aware that it’s uphill, that’s how pylos is built.

The Blue Sky House was a little slice of heaven in Pylos. We stayed in the Superior Studio, located in the back of the house. It's the largest unit in the house, with a kitchen along the back side and a cute patio with a view of the ocean. Everything in the rental was brand new and beautiful. The shower room felt like being at a spa, and the tile selection throughout the home added a fun touch. We slept great thanks to the blackout shades and comfortable bed. The property manager was very responsive and helpful in answering all our questions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We loved everything!

Everything was perfect! The flat was very clean and spacious, and being on the top floor offered amazing views from all the windows. I would definitely visit again in a heartbeat. Stella and Katerina were very attentive, polite, and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

A beautiful studio, tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable with thoughtful extras like tea, and nice toiletries. Stella was extremely helpful, and gave us lots of useful sightseeing and restaurant recommendations.

Though it wasn’t an issue for us, walking into the centre meant going up and down steep steps, so if you were less mobile you would need to drive.

The room, bathroom and toilet were perfect. A small problem was that the sink stopper didn't work. This was too minor to bother Stella with.

Parking was a bit difficult. We parked where Stella suggested and when we went back to the car next morning an older gentleman asked us (very politely) to keep clear of the large garage doors.

Really nice studio. Great modern decor and very comfortable. The ‘balcony/terrace’ is really just the pavement but it was a lovely place to sit and look over Pylos, down to the sea and greet people passing by.

Some kitchen equipment missing - eg small pan and bottle opener. Bathroom sink a bit leaky. And the owner didn’t reply to messages, so we had to call him. Also he seemed to think it was a bit strange when we asked for a brush to sweep the floor.
