I really wanted to write you to say that traveling around the world and providing different culture for our family is what we value the most. Knowing Greece was my biggest dream in my 41 years life… It is so special to have chosen somewhere so committed with the guests. We are very impressed and thankful. A good room with beautiful view was something so important to me and you found us simply the most beautiful room we could wish/deserve. Kids are enjoying everything, they loved the aquapark! I loved the wine menu available in the all inclusive experience. Our cretan barbecue during the sunset was a gift! This is the best resort we have ever been to, and when I say that, believe me, it is a huge thing! We have been to the best in caribean, Florida, Brazil, Portugal, Italy, Spain… As the music says: You’re simply the best! We will never forget these days!

Pretty much what you'd expect from an all inclusive. Staff was very nice and helpful. Locals are super friendly. Food is fresh and pretty good. Wide selection.

Our room was dated and could be at a better state. Beds were uncomfortable. Kids activity itinerary is unclear and was mainly aimed towards a large group of non-English speakers who attended the park on that week. According to reception, there's an app/website that lists all activities and allows booking the restaurants. This wasn't operational during our stay. Water park was closed due to a technical issue during the entire morning on the one day we went there. A/C in the room was broken. Despite a visit from a service technician this wasn't fixed.

Location near the sea was dreamy. It felt very relaxing! The different areas of food are great as it never felt crowed. The use of the water park. The staff were super friendly and helpful!

I thought one of the pools could have done with a cover for some shade for the children in the pool.

A common problem with sunbeds, but well done at the hotel for looking for solutions and starting to remove the towels of those who do not show up at the pool.

The Hotel is well laid out and kept very clean. The staff are the best we have encountered across all the inclusive resorts we have visited in Lanzarote, Majorca and Greece. Everyone was super helpful and always had a smile on their face for you. The waterpark is excellent and the snorkelling off the hotel's beach was fantastic too. I managed to video numerous species of fish and an Octopus on my Gopro with the highlight being a 1m Barracuda swimming along side me on our last day there.

Not that important but there was nowhere to watch major sporting events should there be one happening. A TV room near one of the bars to cover this would have been good.

Beautiful room with an incredible sea view. Food was really varied and delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you! Everything was stress free and we felt very looked after. Entertainment programme was great, the highlight being the fire and light show and traditional Greek dancing. We stayed as a family and the rooms work so well. 2 of the pools are heated and the kids never left them. The beach set up is perfect. There is constant access to snacks and drinks. We loved our Greek a la carte dinner at the hotel. The restaurant is really beautiful. For a quieter lunch this is a great place to go rather than the main restaurant as well. We can’t wait to go back.

The aqua park is amazing but is not heated so for when we went in April was too cold to use, but the kids never left the heated pools and the beach at the hotel so was not missed.

Food is good quality and you always have alternatives. There is a baby food sector at the big buffet, which no one will tell you about, but it’s there and it was great for our 1 1/2 years baby. Pools are really nice and you can find one in each sector. The beach is not amazing for Cretan standards, but it’s a nice beach for kids.

Information is not always that easy to find. There are rules, perks, and things that if you don’t ask specifically for, you don’t get to know them. Mike there is a free self-service laundry room. You just need to book you time slot. They rely too much on their app, but info should also be available as traditionally, on a book in each room.

The room provided was not only clean but also spacious, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail in maintaining the room's cleanliness was highly appreciated. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. They were not only nice and polite but also incredibly helpful. Their eagerness to assist whenever I had a request or needed something was commendable. It's clear that customer service is a top priority for them. The food offered every day was delightful. There was a good variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary requirements. The quality of the food was impressive. Overall, our stay at this hotel was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend it to others looking for quality accommodation with excellent service.

This is a great resort, we had no reason (only out of curiosity) to leave it during our stay. We were there with a five yo and a 1.5 yo - two out of the four pools have shallow enough waters (~55 cm water level) which was great for us. We slept in the Marine first family bungalow - it had a bedroom with a bunk bed and a main room with a double bed and a couch - it suited us well. Plus, the water park which is super fun for the older one (and for myself)! The location is lovely and we simply had a great time Staff was super super friendly and accommodating

As a family with 2 young kids, we really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The aqua park was great, the food was great, the staff were nice and friendly, the rooms were comfortable and the grounds were lovely too. The entertainment in the evenings was nice as well!

There were 2 types of kids clubs available, depending on where you booked your stay from. One of the clubs was smaller and not as comfortable as the other one, however our kids could only use this one, so it may be worth keeping this in mind if your kids are very keen on kids clubs in these type of resorts.
