Everything was excellent – the hotel is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It fully justifies its price. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and I would especially like to praise the restaurant manager for his outstanding service and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

An excellent hotel with super staff, including reception, restaurant manager and the cleaning lady. All did their best. The hotel is fresh renovated with a big beautiful area. The food is quite good for all inclusive and a wonderful beach is several minutes away. We returned during 2 months and it was really worth it.

The staff were really helpful. Food was really nice. The entertainment every night was different and engaging. Great for a relaxing, passive, vacation.

The pool was open only 10-18.

The rooms are tastefully done and comfortable. The shower in particular was great. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the island but with enough restaurants and a nice beach.

This hotel looks peaceful and relaxing in adverts when booked on Booking.com but it is not. It is a large hotel with many people and most people are on all inclusive package deals loudly playing games, socialising and drinking. There are loud pool activities and music. The booking website should be updated to reflect this. Bizarrely, the pools are only open 10am-6pm, so you can't have a morning swim, they are completely blocked off outside of these times. I wouldn't recommend it for a quiet relaxing stay.

Confusion over which parts were all inclusive and which were not.

- We only had breakfast (not all-Inclusive). It was rich and good. - The staff was really nice - There are some good restaurants around the corner - The car rental is opposite the hotel and you can make reservations easily at the hotel - There's a super market opposite the hotel

- The bed was a disaster! For those, able to sleep on very soft undergrounds it might be ok but we didn't like it. - The music from the pool area is special - The hotel area was obviously not the newest (though they renovated a lot) - There is NO AC in the fitness room (therefor unusable)
