Really loved this hotel. Pool never busy even though the rooms were sold out. Always a lounger available and no one reserving in a crazy kind of way. Hotel atmosphere really tranquil and relaxed with no loud music. Good selection at breakfast and slightly different each day. Brilliant staff, super approachable and friendly, always going above and beyond and with a genuine smile. I really rate this hotel and would definitely stay again. And just to note, the pool is even better than it looks in the photos!

The outdoor area at Esperia was amazing. The pool and sunbeds were lovely and there were plenty for the number of guests. The bar area was also very nicely done serving good quality food at a good price and some lovely cocktails !

The shower door in our bathroom didn’t close fully which meant that the water leaked out and soaked the floor when we showered. The bathroom door also didn’t close which was fine for us but could be an issue if you wanted more privacy. We stayed for 4 nights and probably wouldn’t have wanted to stay much longer. Whilst the hotel was lovely we opted to go out for dinner time meals and there was not a massive selection of restaurants.

The breakfast had many variations, delicious also! The room was cleaned every day and that was appreciating, it's good that the hotel take care of customers that way. I liked that the waiters/waitress removed empty plates and garbage during breakfast, that shows level of service!

We had some bugs and insects that I don't know how they entered the room despite that we closed the balcony door, maybe there were some holes somewhere in the room they entered?

The Hotel is spotlessly clean with daily room servicing. The pool area is amazing with a calm surroundings that are well maintained. Staff are friendly and approachable. There is a fridge in the room. We were able to get our clothes washed and ironed which is an advantage for longer stays.

The hotel would benefit from having a gym. Water in the room would be a nice touch. There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

- really great hotel located near the beautiful beach - i loved how they took care of stray animals living in the neighbourhood! - it was quiet - room had great air condition, very efficient even in the heat - cleaning was done daily, including changing of towels - breakfast was really good - close to the airport - the transfer took only around 15min - the staff was always smiling and ready to help - even though we checked in really late, it was not a problem for them

- if someone counts on playing tennis - take your own equipment, as the one from hotel is really outdated ;)

I enjoyed the stay in Hotel Esperia, very nice hotel with the pool and parking. 24/7 reception so no issue with late check in. All very clean, very helpful and attentive staff. Tasty breakfast served each day. Near lovely Marmari beach with white sand, 8 min walking. Supermarket cross the road, few restaurants too. Airport is 15 min drive, Kos town 20min drive. Great place if you want to relax as it's pretty quiet with no huge night life.

Bathroom tap could be replaced as quite stiff to operate.

The staff are all beyond helpful, making our stay one of the most relaxing ever. The food is exceptionally good quality and great value. It's hard to believe they can produce such food for the price.

I couldn't fault the hotel for anything. The location means you are not ideally placed for most activities but everything on the island is within easy reach by taxi or if you rent a car.

Breakfast was fine, not super exciting. It was better the second week when fresh fruits (watermelon, melon and nectarines) were added.

There are no dedicated smoking areas, which meant that people smoked all over the premises. This is fine if you dont mind smoke but very unpleasant if you do mind it!

It was an amazing experience. Really calm and comfortable. The staff were really friendly. Our room was perfect. Clean, big and comfortable. It was only a couple of minutes from one of the best beaches on the island. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options. However, the dinner had some room to improve.

It was a pity that such an amazing hotel had such a terrible wifi access. Even the wifi in the lobby did not work properly which is just sad because with internet access one can feel at home. I wish they fixed the only issue that we had with the hotel so that the stay could even be more comfortable.

Staff was very nice, best check in experience ever, Kostas (?) was very kind and explained everything very well. Room was very nice and clean, pool area is beautiful. Would definitely return.

Area has limited dining options, a car is advisable which we had, so nothing really we didn't like.
