We have been in the hotel for the second time and since 2021 the hotel levelled up in quality. We had a very nice room with a sea view in the last level of B buliding and we were very satisfied with that. The food, cleanness and very helpful staff not only at a reception desk satisfied us. The beach is nice and sandy, meals delicious and the variety of the meal offer is pleasant. We really liked our second stay in Smy Beach and Splash and are seriously considering to plan our next stay there. Thanks to all staff members including room maids for their work and what we really apreciated is a down-beach bar and grill. Thank you for perfect stay and holiday and we are looking for our next stay. :-)

The only complication is a presence of mosquitoes, I recommend taking this into account in advance and bringing with a room repellents, and also sprays, for undisturbed evening sitting on the terrace.

The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is just great. A lot of variety and delicious tasty food. It was definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in terms of all-inclusive food. Good selection of drinks for all-inclusive package and bars spread across the complex. Two swimming pools and direct access to private beach where sunbeds and shade were offered. On our last day, despite not possible to extend our check-out time, they let us keep the all-inclusive offers while we were at the hotel so we had drinks and food all day until we leave for our evening flight. Very friendly staff!

Nothing major but the bedrooms but the bedroom is really simple in terms of decoration for a 4-star hotel. The cleaning team seemed to be very stretched for such a large hotel and sometimes only in mid- afternoon we would have our room cleaned.

Everyone was extremely nice, food was absolutely delicious, drinks in all inclusive also very good. Pools were very clean, beach was 3 minutes walking distance from rooms in the end of hotel area. Evening shows and day time activities also super good. Room was clean, we were having afternoon nap and couldn’t really hear noise from outside (our room was close to swimming pool). Everyone was very helpful. Minimarket was well equipped. In general both adults and our 8 year old girl were very satisfied about staying!

We booked a room with sea view and the view was lovely especially at sunset. The staff are very friendly and helpful and seem to love what they do. The food was great and there was always something for everyone. It was nice to see Greek dishes everyday in the buffet. For those who love to swim, the sea to the right of the hotel is nicer to swim in.

Please note the complex is large and there are no lifts ( main building has ramps though) so you need to enjoy walking. It takes about 5 mins to get to the main restaurant from the beach area. Evening meals are only served at the main building so no sea view, which luckily didn't bother us as we went in October.

- food was tasty and there was good choice with at least two-three sea food choice every lunch and dinner. Also, the working hours of restaurants are awesome, basically you can never be hungry. The best thing is the restaurant at the beach/by the pool which is working 12:30-17:00 for the lunch. While searching for accomodations, I read some feedbacks from last year for Smy Hotel, about not enough food choice, I wouldn't agree with that. Food was awesome! - the staff, from the cleaning ladies to the animators and reception staff, were all so kind and nice, give these people a raise or a bonus! :) They were especially nice to our baby. They made our stay fenomenal. Especially thanks to the Marvin the animator, you are awesome! - there were just enough activities to keep us entertained from early morning yoga, stretching, beach volleyball, aqua aerobics.. and in the evening Greek night, Cuban night, Music quiz, Fire show... And every night we enjoyed the Mini Disco at 20:30 with our baby. Unfortunately she is still too young for the activities during the day which were held by the animator team. - For people with kids this is really good vacation place. And there were lots of families with kids with whom we exchanged couple of words each day, this was nice. Also the place is totally accessible for baby strollers. - lots of palm trees in the area, sandy beach with blue and turquoise sea, infinity pool.. we stayed here in September, so it wasn't overcrowded, we always had a place at beach or by the pool, and the beach beds at our disposal. The whole complex really looks nice, also everything mentioned was very clean - on the day of the check out, the hotel arranged a taxi for us, and let us store our suitcases at the reception, also we could use everything in hotel until we left for airport, so we stayed for lunch and by the pool until 14:00 even dough check out was at 11:00 Thanks guys!

Super friendly staff that went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They arranged 2 baby cots for us and no request was too much. This hotel was great value for money. There were enough pool/side beds available (May 2024) and the property was alongside to the beach. The beach had small pebble stones, but the sand was fine enough for our toddler to play with. The infinity pool looked amazing. Food was available in abundance with many Greek dishes amongst them. The food was also good for kids. The room was modern and clean.

The water in the shower wasn’t hot, but not cold either). The quality of the drinks (esp. the alcoholic drinks) was low. Food was a bit bland to our taste. We suggest the addition of a little bit of baby food to the assortment of the buffet and/or mini market. We booked a room here, instead of a 2-bedroom / appartement. Our son didn’t sleep well with us in the same room. Of course this is to our own fault, but as a tip to other new parents: book a larger space!

The hotel is definitely very comfortable for families with kids. There are plenty of kids club activities and children pools and kids are never bored here. The restaurant also serves various dishes suitable for all kinds of taste. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The only problem with the hotel is the mosquitos I think. Even the protective sprays didn't work and it was hard to sleep at nights.

Great pools, an excellent location, a wide variety of delicious food and drinks, and friendly, hardworking staff. Hiring cars is highly recommended.

It would be great if the hotel offered an in-house laundry service, even as a paid option, and had more staff in the bars to help reduce waiting times during peak periods.

The hotel is right next to the beach. The staff is super friendly. Great offer of food. One nice facility for small kids (it looks like a pool but it's some sort of a sprinkling system with dragons and stuff).

This is a three star hotel at its best. The central part was not renovated in years, there is an old swimming pool next to the reception, the old reception hall. Rooms are renovated but in the basic style, good AC, there is also one new pool next to the sea side. Great variety of food and drinks but of a basic quality (don't expect some great wines or similar in the all inclusive option). Congratulations to the photographer who managed to capture the best of this hotel in the online photos. I couldn't recognise the hotel when we arrived. Only later we saw the good parts (new pool next to the sea, new rooms, new restaurant). Luckily the friendliness of staff compensates for the bad overall quality of the setting.

Meals were ok in accordance with expectations, rooms were comfortable and clean. The whole resort is very nice, near the beach, has two pools. We stayed with two kids and the resort is focused on families. Surroundings is nicely kept, with nice green grass although no rain at all. Bungalows seem very nice.

Resort is a little bit dislocated from the city, but with a rented car we had no trouble going sightseeing. The building where the restaurant and reception are located needs renovation and then the whole resort would be perfect.
