We had a great time at Irene Studios an a very warm welcome from Kristina. The check-in was very good prepared by mail and also Kristina was there to answer all our questions. She was there every morning and cleaned perfectly the room. She also ordered the taxi for the way back. We read a lot about Kristina here before and yes, right: She is very nice and helpful and made our stay perfect. The beds are very comfortable and soft. The studio house is right at the beach and near restaurants and markets. It is a perfect place to have an easy beach vacation.,

We booked the standard studio which turned out a bit small. You need to like each other a lot to get along ;). But it had everythin we needed: cozy beds, a small kitchen for preparing breakfast, wifi, a rain shower... all good and we were only there for sleeping, showers and breakfast. We had a little trouble with insects in the bathroom but could handle it by covering the drain

Beautiful location right in front of the beach but far enough away from the bustling tavernas Apartment was very clean and modern and was cleaned every day by Athina who was so friendly. Bed linen and towels were changed every 3 days and were of good quality. Although we never met the owners their communication was excellant and they left a mobile number should we need anything Easy to walk into the village where there was everything we needed Free Parking near by for the hire car

Studios are very clean and lovely. The host Athena is exceptionally caring and friendly. Just 1-2 minutes walk to the restaurants, supermarket, kite beach (or beach in general). Balcony with sea view to enjoy breakfast...

Our studios had everything we needed but are comparatively small... We traveled as a family (two adults + child which needed a crib) and had a studio with double bed and single bed. The single bed was in this case unused and the crib required additional space which made everything quite tight. A lot of mosquitoes:/

The view from the balcony was amazing, close to beach, spotlessly clean & Athenia was such a lovely person she made it feel like home from home. We will definately be returning to this property on our next visit to kos.

There was nothing we did not like ,just time was too short. Meaning we will definately be back to this property.

This place is by far one of the best options if one is looking for a laid back holiday with easy access to the beach and breath taking sunsets. We have stayed in the rooftop apartment which was spotless clean and equipped with the best amenaties. Mastichari beach is at the doorstep and only a couple of metres away there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket

Only stopped one night before getting ferry to Kalymnos. Arrived late and key was just in door to let ourselves in. Left early too, so didn't really meet the hosts, but the comms were good throughout via messaging. Its not often a room look 'exactly' like it did on the photos, but this did. Very comfy. Very Clean, Good shower etc.

Beautiful room with sea view, good beds, everything you may need: pots, pans, friendly hosts, 50 meters from the sea, nice little town, plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.

My daughter was bitten by mosquitos (I thought no mosquitos in March/April, but we had few). We had some-kind of repellent for mosquitoes in room, but it didn't work (old)... So keep in mind to bring one on holiday with you :-)

Everything really new, spotlessly clean. Friendly staff recommended a place for breakfast. Beautiful view out over the beach. We left the balcony door open at night so we could hear the sea - so peaceful :). The manager is very responsive too on communications and went out of his way to accommodate a change in our plans.

Location was brilliant and very convenient for shops, bars, tavernas and the beach. Also the proximity to the harbour for boat trips. The hosts were absolutely brilliant and Athena was a star

The studio was slightly on the small side for my liking but that was probably due to an oversight on my part

This place has great location, comfortable balcony with the nice view, A/C in both bedrooms, each bedroom has bathroom. It`s clean and there is a beautiful garden in the common area to enjoy mornings or evenings.

We didn`t like that the bed has to single mattresses, instead of one piece mattress for more comfort when two people sleep together.
