We had an unforgettable stay at Mastichari Bay Hotel, and this review comes straight from the heart! The hotel was a true gem for us and our dog. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, including our four-legged friend. They treated our dog with warmth and care, which meant the world to us. A special shoutout to the manager, Giorgos, who made our trip even more memorable! For my wife’s birthday, he organized a wonderful surprise celebration, thoughtfully planned down to the smallest details, bringing us so much joy. Giorgos was always available, helping with any requests and making us feel like truly valued guests. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, with a fantastic location and excellent service. We will recommend it to everyone, especially those traveling with pets! Thank you for the warm hospitality and unforgettable moments!

The staff were exceptional. Everyone we interacted with the front desk, the dining staff, the bar staff and the animation team. Helpful, patient and attentive staff makes the holiday so much better In a nice peaceful area of the island. Private beach. Our room was ground levek and less than twenty metres from the shore, it was so nice to wake up to the waves lapping in the evening Beautiful sunsets

The food was not bad but I felt the quality was not quite as good as some of the places I'd stayed at before. Plenty of it and never ran out of anything. The hotel clients are mainly from Germany and neighbouring countries so it may be more geared to their diet. Busses are not as frequent as I'd like I would have hired a car in hindsight

A wonderful hotel- clean, stylish, and very beautiful! We stayed in the room with a whirlpool and enjoyed the half-board meals. The hotel also seems very family-friendly, but if you’re a couple, I recommend booking one of the better rooms- you’ll even get a private pool, which makes the experience extra special.

Although the hotel is a little outside the city center, there are several nice restaurants nearby. The only downside was the gym, which felt a bit uninviting since it had no windows or fresh air. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Really nice hotel. Rooms were really clean and spacious. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was good with a wide choice every day. Staff were helpful. The hotel was a 5 minutes walk from the village/town which had loads of lovely restaurants and bars right on the beach as well as comfy sunbeds you could rent for the day very reasonably. It was much more relaxed than the hotel pool. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel with hourly buses to Kos Town and other areas on the Island.

The main pool area was really busy all day and mostly occupied by all-inclusive guests. The quieter pool was more relaxed but the water wasn't that clean by the end of the day.

Beautiful place run by a great team of staff. We got in late on the first night due to flights being delayed so the restaurant was closed but they'd save us food so we didn't miss out on the meal we'd paid for. And they were very flexible with late check out when we had a late flight home, helped us get to really enjoy our last day on the island so we really appreciated that. We had everything we needed and the room was spotless and spacious with really good air conditioning and shower. Buffets for breakfast and dinner have great choices and plenty of it. Would definitely recommend to others to stay here. Really strong family feel and great location for the harbour to take a boat trip to ther islands. Great value for money too.

Can be quite windy but thats down to the weather not the hotel and there are sheltered spots around the pools with plenty of loungers so wasn't a problem for us.

The location was fantastic, lovely pools, nice beach with loungers. The food was very good with lots of variety and choice for vegetarians. The beach bar was particularly good for a la carte lunches. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. It was very easy to nip off for a day trip to other small islands or jump on the bus to Kos town. The staff are very professional and friendly.

Our view was slightly spoiled as the building next door was in need of refurbishment. Not much the hotel can do about that!

Having booked a king bed we got two single beds pushed together which was disappointing. Having to refill your water bottles at the pool was a surprising inconvenience. An adults only pool would’ve been nice. The gym is in urgent need of a refurbishment overall. Equipment as old as the island itself !!

The hotel is stunning - lovely wee streets between bungalows, tonnes of flowers, clean and well maintained. The room was spotless, air con kept up with the 34° degrees heat beautifully, comfy beds with crisp linen. Most amazing - the staff: from reception, to dining/wait staff, bartenders, housekeeping - everyone took great pride in their jobs and did their best to be kind and accommodating. The pools were very clean, the food fantastic, what else could we have asked for? It was great to have the flexibility of going all inclusive only on certain days - so if we were out all day to the water park or to Kos, it didn't feel like a waste of our moneys.

After a long thought, the only thing I would suggest is to add a few more cocktails to their all inclusive list (maybe a 'Cocktail of the Day' or similar) - although definitely not a big deal, still more than enough choices were offered.

The location was good, the hotel grounds and gardens are beautiful very impressive. Our room was large and spotlessly clean. Plenty of sunbeds available. Reception staff where very friendly and super efficient we requested a kettle and cups for use in our room it was sorted quickly, asked for a mattress topper to make the bed softer that too was sorted quickly. Breakfast was good lots of choice always a table avaliable.

That the quiet pool area was not really quiet, it needs to be a adult only pool area.

A fantastic place. We travelled wirh 3 kids and had a nice spacious studio with 2 rooms with a sea view. We asked for a quiet room and we got it. Whatever we needed from reception they did it for us with smiles. Very professional customer service. Delicious food, a very big choice. We had HB and went for lunch to local restaurants. Nice option to hire a car directly from reception and travel to Kos town. We will recommend this hotel to everyone. And definitely will come back.

A little arrangement in a gift shop but I hope manager will deal with it.
