Very good location, quiet but close to center, the beach and even a very nice beach bar which is more relaxed and quiet then the others. The studio was well equipped and had everything we needed. What was most outstanding was the friendliness and exceptionally good service of Vivi. She helped us whenever and however she could!! She let us change to an even better room (better view) after one night, she let us stay at the last day longer in the studio so that we could take a shower before going to the airport - ans many more! We were really overwhelmed!!

Superb swimming pool opposite hotel. Very clean. The maids were excellent. Good location. Meals available if you don’t want to cook or go far.

Would have liked a folder which told how to operate safe and air conditioning. Quite a few mosquitoes about during our stay. Perhaps devices to subdue them could have been in each room. We bought a device in the end. No washing machine in room. Perhaps advice on good places to visit and taxi numbers would be useful.

We have stayed here before which says it all really. Quiet, peaceful and safe surrounding area. We had travelled on the ferry from Kalymnos and collected the keys from an agency a short walk from the port. We were then driven with our bags to the hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel was a fairly short walk to the centre of the village and near a big supermarket and some smaller shops. There is a pleasant bar (The Applo) about 5-10 minutes walk away. The beach is a few minutes walk away. The hotel arranged out (on time) taxi to the airport, and managed to change the time for us when we were advised in advance of our flight departure delay.

The bathroom was perhaps a little dated but spotlessly clean. There was no view from the balcony (we know that when booking) but there is nothing the hotel could do about that.

Really comfortable apartment. Liked that I had a ground floor one, the Luis hotel swimming pool was in a great location to cool off and get food. Within easy walking distance to the beach which was very quiet. Rasy walking distance to a supermarket as well. Room cleaning and changing towels was very good. There was spacious balcony with table and chairs for 2

The location was perfect. Five minute walk from main resort and beach, just far enough away to be very quiet. Nice spacious apartment.

Could do with a few more kitchen utensils. 2 cups, 2 knives, 2 forks etc. We were the first guests of the season. Correspondence before the opening of the apartments could be improved.

We loved our stay here and would recommend it to everybody! Fantastic value for price, clean and the location was excellent. It’s a short walk to the beach, and Mastichari is a great little town and a wonderful starting point to explore Kos. Plus the staff are amazing! Vivi was the best! Very friendly and so accommodating with our requests. If we return to Kos in the future we know where we’ll be staying.

Very well equipped, especially if you like self catering. Close to the beach and two swimming pools, the Luis pool or just around the corner is the halftime pool. Short stroll down to the village for your Breakfast or of an evening, a lovely Meal plenty of Restaurants or Tavernas. There's plenty of bars, with differing music, but all pretty low key.

Not much to dislike to be honest we had a great stay!

We have stayed here before. It was spotless and in great condition. Someone cleaned our room daily. We were lucky that our room was ready when we arrived in the morning and we got to stay late on our last day. The location is great and close to Half Time Bar where we use the pool. Staff lovely.

Very simple, well-equipped apartment

By choice, we wouldn’t choose apartment 329 purely due to the fact that it is located off Reception by the main doors and can be noisy at times.
