I booked the room only because I like organising my own breakfast myself, which was possible as ùI had a small fridge in the room and there is a supermarket nearby. My room was comfy enough for me but I must say I just use it to sleep basically! If you spend some time in I suggest you ask for a room with a view. I loved Kostas, he is such a nice host! I definitely recommend the structure and the sea view restaurants for dinner. Get a car if you are staying in Mastichari because the winds may be strong !

It is a basic place to you have to be ok with that. The furniture is a bit date but all clean. Bed is so comfortable. Mayve just an extra pillow, a slim one so you can have a choice.

In one sentence I would say, highly recommended place to stay. Location: Mastichari is a very convenient place to stay as Tegaki and Kefalos are both relatively close by private car and only take around 20 minutes. By public bus, anyone can easily travel to Kos town, Tigaki, Kefalos, and even other places, and the public transport is impressive in KOS. We traveled by public transport and enjoyed a lot. The bus station and ferry to Kalymynos are about 5 minutes walking distance. Restaurants(also have breakfast options) and supermarkets are also nearby. Hotel Service: the owner of the hotel is a very nice, helpful, and humble person. Excellent service. Although we didn't book for breakfast, they provided an electric kettle, cups, mugs, enough water bottles, coffee, and sugar as complimentary in the room, which was enough for our 3-night stay. Cleanliness: very clean. Our room and bathroom were top-notch and clean. No insects, bugs, or mosquitoes. The room also has an insect repellent. Room: The size of the room is big enough for 2 persons. The bed is very comfortable and cozy. Even the staff provides extra pillows and bed sheets when we ask. The room had a fridge and air conditioner, fully functional. The bathroom was also very clean. It's a bit long review, but I believe the honest review is a must to choose a good place to stay. This hotel has earned this review.

I have no complaints so far, but it is a little bit noisy when people talk loudly.

Really good location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops

The only issue is the bathroom. It is very small, the shower has a curtain which sticks to you when the water is running which makes it difficult to wash properly and is not a pleasant experience. However this is the only negative

Great location easy access to ferry port and airport. Very attractive room, comfy bed and everywhere spotlessly clean run by a lovely family who can’t do enough to help you. I had problem with ferry delays and cancellation from Kalymnos (high winds) but communication with the property was excellent. Thank you

Manager was really helpful. The room was really comfortable and clean.

The room was very close to the lobby and the front entrance. We were lucky that the hotel was quiet at the time of our stay. Otherwise, we would have been bothered by the noise. For example, we went we heard the manager on phone calls a couple time during the evening.

The location is amazing, just hundreds meters walk from the port of mastihari and few nice restaurants super close to the hotel. Staff is nice and kind and WiFi is good. The room is basic but has got everything you need even a usb plug, which was extremely useful for me. Most importantly, the room was clean.

The possibility to have breakfast would have been nice. A little pricey for one night as a solo traveller, considering it excludes breakfast.

The hotel is own by an amazing man who gives a friendly welcome to guests, and his positive energy surrounds the hotel. The hotel was very clean, it was close to the bus stop and harbour , as well as to the beach . There are many restaurants nearby. The room was also equipped with air conditioner. A very good place to stay for your holidays.

While everything was amazing , two things can be improved : 1. Provide towels every day ( while the room cleaning was available every day, new towels were not provided ) 2. Make the rooms soundproof.

Great staff. Our plane was delayed and we were late arriving at the hotel. Staff very helpful, phoned up to see if we were ok - thank you Angela. The receptionist gave us information about which ferry to catch to Kalymnos the next morning, times etc. Restaurants close by that serve until late evening.

A lovely hotel close to a grand beach and ferry port and beach tavernas. Also close to the airport and served by local buses to Kos Town. The room was wonderful and quiet with good air con. The staff weee most hospitable and helpful

The staff were very accommodating when I made entered the wrong dates on my booking. Entirely my fault but they made sure we could get rooms. Very clean. Excellent location for catching the ferry to Kalymnos.

Some beds were shorter than standard
