Very well maintained resort. Looks better than on pictures. Huge area, beautiful, clean, quiet and relaxing. Light entertainment program. Staff are kind and were serving us with smiles. We enjoyed our time there very much!

'Luxury' in its name might mislead someone looking for luxury. Wierd sauna: very small and very cold. Staff at reception are efficient but formal and not friendly. Resort is located in the middle of nowhere: that makes it chill but island taxi is super expensive to get you anywhere. Perhaps main disappointment was awful coffee and absence of fresh juices at breakfast that you would expect at 5* resort.

I’m seldomly writing reviews but this time I would like to share our experience in Neptune Luxury Resort. We were travelling with our 16 months old daughter and as a mother I had several fears. But our stay was just amazing and unforgettable. Beautiful nature, truly luxury resort with clean territory and numerous pools, extremely friendly and helpful personnel, delicious food, relaxing atmosphere… what impressed us the most: - kids areas indoor and outdoor, our daughter had so much fun!; - small pools for babies with a tent, how smart and helpful it is during a hot day!; - and.. special thanks to Chef Dimitris who kindly considered special diet for our baby and made morning and evening meals a truly enjoyable experience! We didn’t find negative things during the week of stay and would love to stay longer!

It was a lovely stay! we really enjoyed this hotel. It's particularly good for families. It's not insane, true luxury but it is really nice and has great value for the price. If you get the luxury rooms (not the standard but the next level) the rooms are super modern and comfortable, the staff is kind and helpful and the pools are clean and varied. The restaurants are also good (Meating and Taverna), the breakfast is decent, and the gardens around the buildings are lovely and super well taken care of. The hotel has everything you can ask for.

Everything was truly great. If i had to add something, the mosquitos in the pool bathroom made it hard to use without getting a few bites every time lol. Bring repellent.

The hotel has everything you need, no need to leave the hotel during the stay. It is located on a very large area offering multiple leisure activities. Despite there were a lot of guests, you dont feel like it is crowded. It offers multiple beachside and pool side options. There are also 4 a la carte restaurants on site, icecream store, mini market and shopping arcade, water sport activities and gyms/courts, and playgrounds. The prices of the food and all other things are fair, not expensive. The staff is very friendly. We would like to come again.

Coffee could be better. We didn’t like the coffee in multiple cafes, only the one in the breakfast buffet was good.

Lots of activities and spaces, both for adults and children. The departure lounge was really nice

I would like to have had more tables available in the Adults only area

We as a family loved the resort. Silent, exceptionally clean, lovely, perfect staff, lovely pools, nice beaches (two big beaches, one for adults, other was for families), satisfying breakfast(tasty, lots of varieties, big restaurant to host all the quests). this is a place where you can have a relax, silent, family friendly holiday. We will definitely go back . totally worth the value even though we paid a lot for the last minute arrangement!

why dont you have the big cups/glasses for the tea at the breakfast! Please please have them. And please have a bit more snack, cocktail variety at the beach bars :) But these are minor issues and i am sure they will take care. Loved Neptune Resort, totally.

Staff, food throught the resort, facilities and comfort in the room. All the resturants were great. Breakfast amazing and rich.

I think its a bit over priced. Yes quality was good but a bit overpriced. Its not an all inclusive hotel, but few people go outside the hotel to eat, so they are stuck in the hotel and eat and drink throughtout the day, which favors the hotel as they pay more compared to an all inclusive. I am a Gin drinker. Throughout the hotel the only gin available was Gordons. I find it hard to believe that a luxury hotel like Neptune offers only Gordons.

nice, comfortably furnished superior apartment with sea view, great location with sandy beach, where you can walk the beach for a long time, fantastic luxury resort, 50 m pool for professionals, which is very rare to find, we loved the place! Good quality food in 4 theme restaurants, reasonably priced.

breakfast is a negative contrast to the luxury resort, breakfast has no variety, exactly the same food every day, it is more like a 3 star buffet, there is a lot of room for improvement!!!

The resort has everything you need for a fabulous holiday. The buffet is superb. The grounds are beautiful with a great choice of pools to suit everyone. Lots going on or you can just relax. If you go half board then You can have 50% off food in Other restaurants which gives good variety. There are places along the beach you can walk to for local cuisine choices, recommend tam tam and namaste. The staff are wonderful and friendly.

Would be good to have a more varied cocktail menu. Small thing, we were asked. To to play cards in the lobby area when live music was on. Considering we were 4 adults playing cards and not making noise above normal talking level this seemed petty. Otherwise hard to find fault with anything.

The resort is lovely! I went for a solo retreat and there was plenty to keep me occupied during my short stay - private beach, multiple pools, multiple restaurants/bars, private beach and spa! Also more that that didn’t get the time to see! It was also super close to the airport so transfers to and from where a breeze! Check in was also lovely, as soon as I stepped off my transfer my luggage was taken from me and delivered to my room and at check out picked up and taken to reception! The bedroom was amazing, super comfortable and plenty of storage for all of my belongings. Room was turned down everyday to a high standard. Slippers, towels and dressing gown provided and also a free welcome drink! This was in addition to the complimentary drink redemption given at check in. Bathroom was also super modern and clean! All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - giving food recommendations at the restaurants and accommodating for a solo traveller which can be daunting! I made use of the Spa Treatment offers available which was also incredible! It was also just a short walk to the bus stop into Kos Town that took roughly 25mins.

The location is slightly remote wasn’t much around to explore outside the hotel. However it was just a short trip to Kos Town. The WiFi in my room terrace was a bit patchy when I was sitting on the terrace. The cocktail selection at all the restaurants were pretty limited only offering mainly 3 - would be good to see a wider variety. Additionally a lot of the wines at the restaurants were by bottle only - which as a solo traveller is a bit much both to drink and cost wise. Lastly the dinner in the main restaurant was probably the only poor meal I had - I was expecting a normal table service meal. However, it was a very similar the breakfast buffet set up. Wasn’t the best meal I had and it turned out to be the most expensive so wasn’t too impressed.
