Great hotel,very friendly staff, quality of food great,spacious room. Had an upgrade to a sea view room! We will definitely come back soon!

Convenient location not far from airport, beaches and Mastichari village. Good if you have rented car. We had bed & breakfast and the breakfast was very nice. Rooms were spacious enough with good services (celaning, reception, pool bar). Hotel takes mostly all inclusive guests but its still quiet place (pool side entertainment is moderate and ends by 11 p.m. ...the best was the guitar singer & player, the worst the karaoke, but this is my personal opinion of course)

Beach is mostly rough and not very clean (kelp and plastic trash) but this can not be managed by hotel of course. For better beaches you need to head more to the east or south. Not much shadow around pool (but chill ot arera aove sea is fine).

We loved the lay out of the room, it was always cleaned very well and incredibly tidy. Great views of the sea out the back of the hotel. Bar lady around the pool was lovely and the temp of the pool was great too.

Not enough sun beds around the pool, lots of room but less than 50 sun beds I’d say. There were some down a steep hill but after doing it for 3 days we didn’t want to keep walking down the hill and there is no railing to hold on to. Was bit worried about slipping. Breakfast was ok, never boiling hot. Could do with more fresh hot options. We stayed B&B and asked about price for lunch it was 25 euros each which is extortionate. We ended up 5 mins down the road and paid 20 euros for 2x meals and 3x drinks.

A lovely, peaceful setting, the views of the sea are amazing. Nice, clean room with very comfortable bed. Food was excellent with plenty options to choose from.Great value for money! Also close to small beautiful villages.

When we arrived, the hotel was unfortunately overbooked. However, the management – especially Sevasti – handled the situation with great professionalism and care. We were accommodated in a equivalent hotel for one night, and received wine and fruit in our room as compensation. Sevasti also managed to get us a fantastic last-minute table at Oromedon restaurant in Zia. The hotel itself is modern, well-maintained, with friendly staff, an excellent breakfast, and high-quality sunbeds at the pool and beach. Despite the rocky start: highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very nice and helpful they organised transfers for us from the port and to the airport as well as organising a taxi for us into the town whenever we needed. The room was lovely and modern and clean. The bed was really comfortable as well. The pool was great and had plenty of sunbeds and towels supplied. The beach was beautiful and also had sunbeds and an amazing view (beautiful to watch the sunset). We only stayed for our last night and was flying late the next day but they held our luggage and allowed us to continue to use the facilities until we left which we were delighted with.

Not a dealbreaker but the room didn't have hooks to hang up towels or a bathmat which would have been handy as water does come out of the shower onto the floor of the bedroom. The breakfast wasn't great for what we would have expected.

The room is very good, the view (we had the sea view) is beautiful and we loved easy acces to the beach. The staff is amazing, even some that have some difficulty with english, they do try their best. Because of Evgenia we had a wonderful stay and because of people like her( and the really friendly restaurant staff) that really go the “extra mile” like she does, makes us want to come back.

It felt like they were still renovating, the spa was only a sauna or pay 200€ for a massage p.p. I personally wouldnt advertise with 5 stars because it leads to certain expectations.

Private beach, nice and cozy beachfront furniture, nicely and modern decorated hotel, friendly staff, variety selection of food for breakfast.

Cleaning of the rooms was a little bit on the downside and confusing. We had lots of trash on the balcony that came from somewhere and it wasn’t cleaned up. At some point we also had like 10 towels in our room because they didn’t take out the old ones but were just giving us new ones. Of course we don’t mind having fresh towels everyday but it is kind of a waste.
