Exceptional smiling,helpful friendly staff. Large room air conditioned plus ceiling fan,modern bathroom with large walk-in shower, complimentary shower gels,soap,toothbrushes,slippers plus bathrobe. Comfortable bed, tea coffee.making facilities, fridge and locking safe. Breakfast extraordinary, over 40 items to choose from self service buffet from continental to bacon and eggs which can be eaten on the terrace over looking the bay, great views. Fully air conditioned throughout guest bar coupled with available snacks if required. Lift to all floors comes in handy plus outside rear limited sun beds and small pool, to the front off street parking. Highly recommended.

The beach in Agia Galini is at best only average being chiefly shale and pebble.

Delicious breakfast with a great mix of local and known food options, marvelous view, friendly staff always looking to help you. The parking is not big but it is great that it's there. We loved the spacious, nicely decorated room, comfortable bed and the extra attentions we got. Agia Galini may not be known as the centre of Crete but it's a quiet and nice base from which you can discover the whole island.

Just some very minor details, e.g. -as a couple we prefer 1 big bed instead of two separate ones with a top mattress -maybe the breakfast could be organized a bit better, to avoid traffic in all directions or people smoking 1m from you

The place is beautifully designed with good taste. We enjoyed the swimming pool very much and the location between the Harbour and the Beach. Breakfast was very good and The staff were nice and friendly and we even got an upgrade to a beautiful family room. Our stay was fantastic and we hope to return again someday.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was very clean, beautifully furnished, and tastefully decorated. Everyone was incredibly friendly — especially the staff at the reception, who were always welcoming and helpful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious! We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location with gorgeous sea and coastal views; fantastic breakfast with a very good variety of delicious selections, well appointed room with a very comfortable bed; friendly, helpful staff; a very pleasant sun deck area with pool; exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed our room and its seaview balcony, and we looked forward to breakfast every morning— it is one of the best breakfast buffets we have enjoyed in Greece.

Loved everything about it. We stayed in the newly renovated 2 bedroom suite. It was beautifully done. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Amazing breakfast with lots of choices. The view is what I keep coming back for.

Excellent location, good parking facility, very nice breakfast. The staff is kind, helpful and smiling. Exceptional view, the terrace is very pleasant. There is also an access ramp, which can be convenient for some people. There is also a changing room and shower for people who checked-out but still want to enjoy the beach or the pool.

Limited shade around the pool, but most people go to the beach anyway.

The hotel has an amazing view. We had breakfast included on our stay there and it was tasty and the buffet had many options (fruits, pastries, coffee, milk, many different juices etc). Agia Galini is a pretty village with lots of little shops around to get nice souvenirs for friends and family. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Maria.

Can't think of anything that we didn't like

The hotel is super clean, we weren’t able to use the pool area, but staff was super kind and the breakfast was great. So many options and plenteous. Fun walk down to the beach in the evening and over to the old town area for a relaxing dinner. Wish we had more Tim at the property and in Agia galini!

Not a lot of counter space for the bathroom sink in our room, but the beds were super comfortable, the best of our holiday!

Location ( though steep walk up/ down from beach / harbour). Worth it for the views. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent housekeeping.

Breakfast area on small side and only a handful of those fabulous outside tables with a view. Though an amazing and changing range of foods in buffet.
