It had beautiful views and the hotel was up to amazing standards

Needed to book a room at last minute next to the airport as my whole schedule was messed up with the cancellation of many ships due to bad weather conditions. - Great value for money, considering the outrageous prices in Santorini this period of the year - Spacious, clean and comfortable room, with an incredible view to the runway of the airport. Spectacular for those who love plane spotting! - Basic breakfast that had every essential: bread, eggs, cereal, pastries, coffee, juice - Helpful host who patiently waited for my late arrival around midnight to check me in - Soundproof windows, you can sleep without being woken up by the planes who take off and land some 200-300 metres away from your room - 25 minutes on foot away from the airport door to door

The room was perfect for what we were looking for, somewhere to stay overnight, as it is 7 minutes drive from the airport(30euro)-We tried to walk to it ,but the roads do not have the footpath, quite dangerous actually, so we did return and order a shuttle- there is a cheaper transfer organised by the hotel( but we found that out too late). Zack was very helpful with anything we asked for! He gave us a taxi driver's number, Iulian, which came very handy for the whole day! The taxi driver service exceeded our expectations! He let us hold the luggage inside the car while we explored the island for a few hours before our Ferry to Naxos island. The room was clean enough, the fridge was not very clean though... There are no appliances in the room, nor a kitchen or anything like a kettle. But that is ok, as the bar is literally at the doorstep of room number 3. The breakfast included in the price was also good, coffee was excellent! Overall, we are very pleased! The room to use for a short stay would be best , I 'd say!

We had a great time at Hermoso Luxury Suites! Zach was super helpful before and during our stay, and helped us book a taxi from the airport, rent a car, gave us suggestions for our trips…made everything smooth for us! Breakfast was simple but with a good sweet and savoury choice and the location was quiet and just in front of the beach. Fira easily reachable by bus (there’s a bus stop 5 minutes from the hotel). The room was clean and comfortable; we were a bit worried for the proximity of the airport, but it turned out watching planes take off was the kids favourite activity for the evening!

You can hear the planes from the room, up to about 1am, but I must say they never impeded my sleep.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and it was an excellent experience! We loved everything, the accommodation, bed, shower and the pool is a good size (depth from 1.20m to 1.60m). And the breakfast is very good, an added comfort to have breakfast available in the pool area overlooking the sea! The staff are very friendly and helpful, they help with anything you need. My wife was having her birthday and I ordered flowers, wine and a special cake (without sugar, eggs and milk). The location is good, centralized on the island. Close to Fira, Perívolos and 20 minutes from Oia or the Lighthouse in the south of the island.

Not a negative point, but we recommend renting a car, motorcycle or ATV. It will bring more freedom to move. We were there in the middle season and it was easy and peaceful to park the car near Fira, Imerovigli or Oia (6 or 8 minutes walk away).

Zack provided exceptional service throughout our whole stay. Friendly, up for conversation and accommodated all needs, we were able to check in early and he organised a shuttle pick up for us from the port. Provided cold waters when we were lying by the pool. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and a lovely treat to wake up to. Super close to the airport and we were able to walk there with ease

Nothing!

We booked ourselves at Hermoso due to its close proximity to the airport. The property is not of luxury standard. However, it was clean & comfortable for us. We had a two-bedroom unit which was spacious for our family (2A & 2C - ages 10 & 6). Zack was very helpful in arranging our transport from the ferry to the property, into Fira, and from the property to the airport. A continental breakfast was included, which was more than satisfactory for us. We definitely recommend Hermoso and would return.

There was nothing to fault.

Lovely little property near the airport. If you have little ones they will love watching the planes take off and land. This is a basic hotel that has upscale frills. It has everything you need including a very comfortable bed , better than the fancy expensive resort we stayed in town. Clean, modern, comfortable. Need to mention we arrived having the worst travel day ever, and we were greeted by Zac the manager by the pool and outdoor bar. Within minutes we went from stressed to relaxed with a little conversation and the wine didn’t hurt either. Katrina the maid is as sweet as you get. This place is special.

Room and breakfast. The Staff was very gentle and even bought a chocolate powder for breakfast after I asked about hot chocolate. He didn't have it at the moment, but in the next day, he had bought it. That was surprisingly nice.

Is a bit more "remote" than I expected. But still has restaurants very close, on a walking distance, so it's all fine at the end.

Zac our host was awesome. Nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond 🤩
