The place is close to the airport and away from the hustle and bustle of Santorini. It’s great to have the sea right in front of the villa and enjoy the views with your coffee. As I stayed during low season, it felt like a private beach as I was the only one there. There is a winery and a very highly recommended restaurant at a walking distance, so during high season there will be nice things to explore around. The host is very welcoming and helpful. From the moment I booked, he connected and helped me with transfers and local tips.

It’s a bit remote, but like everywhere on the island, you’ll need a car, transfers, taxis to reach to places.

The property was gorgeous. Very spacious rooms with extremely large bathrooms and showers which had really nice water pressure. Netflix was included on the TVs and the wifi was strong. The beach out front is super peaceful and quiet with beach towels provided for you. There is also a little front patio with chairs and a table outside of your room. Dimitris was amazing and extremely helpful when booking a catamaran trip as well as answering any questions we had! He even gave us a free bottle of prosecco on our last night (we stayed for 6 nights). We didn’t rent any vehicles so we walked to our meals which took about 10-15 min down the beach, so not bad! There was a market about a 5-10 min walk down the beach where we got ingredients for breakfasts and lunches which we made in the kitchenette in the room. There is a bus that you can take into Fira and Oia (cash only and was 1,60 € per person). There are also dogs next door that are super friendly and loved to come say hi. We would definitely stay here again in Santorini!

The bus was a little difficult to figure out (mostly when returning), but if you rent a vehicle or take a taxi instead it would be perfect (not really about the property, but just wanted to add!)

We were welcomed by Paulina, the maid, and she showed us to our room. The room was not large but was very clean with a large shower and bathroom. We were welcomed with a carafe of wine and appetizers, which was a nice surprise after traveling. The beach was right outside our door with comfy beach loungers and umbrellas. Paulina recommended a restaurant a short walk on the beach which was on the water and delicious. We had been staying in Oia for 4 nights prior to arriving here. Our only regret is that we didn't stay here instead of Oia for our time in Santorini.

It is little secluded but had we stayed longer, we would have rented a scooter to get around the island.

I have contacted the landlord for one extra blanket but sadly he didn't reply. So we have to sleep there in coldness for 2 nights. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! It will take 30-40 mins to walk to the airport, be careful when u book it! The area is not for people who has dog phobia can be a total trauma.

The room was beautiful and just in front of the beach which was lovely. The owner was very helpful and had left us a small treat in the fridge! Really good hospitality! I personally loved the bathroom! The room was value for money, especially in Santorini.

At first, I liked the location because the east side of the island is not crowded. However, it is located next to the airport and it was quite noisy. You could hear the planes taking off. We stayed just for one night and it was great because we had to catch a flight. But I don't know how our experience would be if we had stayed for more days!

Location is good for the whole island. Dimitrios is an excellent and friendly host. Beech is in front of the property and as you are removed from the main beeches you have good privacy with little amount disturbances.

It's a very nice apartment, quiet, beachfront, always clean. There is a good restaurant very close to the apartment. The host is very kind and hospitable. A rental car is needed. We loved the food.

Although we liked the quietness, the walking path to the close restaurant seemed abandoned. Restaurants are quite expensive, but generally very good :-)

Dimitri was extremely kind and helpful. Even before coming, he sent us all the necessary details to make our trip hassle-free. He booked the car and catamaran trips for us beforehand. We were provided nice wine, olives and snacks as soon as we reached the room. He also gave us tips on what to do on the island. The hospitality was top-notch. There is also a private parking provided for the guests. The room was very clean and tidy, with almost all the required facilities. There are clean towels and toiletries as well. The cleaning lady Paulina was very nice, and she cleaned the room every day. The beach is just like 10 m from the room and a private well maintained beach space with sunbeds is available just for the residents to lie down and relax. We would recommend taking the sea-view room, as it's worth it.

The kitchen is a bit cramped and no microwave, so if you want to cook big meals it might be difficult, but for us it wasn't an issue. Also, I would highly recommend a car as the place is a bit remote, but Dmitri had already suggested us to do so.

Excellent location, peaceful, right in front of the beach, good restaurants, 100 and 200 mts away, very comfortable and very clean . Dimitrios was an amazing host and helpful with recommendations about the Island.

No complaints, we love this place.
