The resort is very beautiful. The rooms are big and each has its own sit out.

Our room had a shower area, which had only glass. There was absolutely no privacy to the shower area. Secondly, though the location is right next to the airport, this resort is pretty far off from everything.

This place is a real oasis. The facilites are beauriful and many of the rooms have unique ammenities such as a small private pool adjacent to the room. We had a "standard" room with a balcony. The room was spacias. Since there are no elevators staff members took our luggage to the room and back to reception on departure. The main pool is large and they have a nice bar adjacent to it. The common facilities are excellent. The resort is a short walk from the beach, which is not the white sandy beaches we ar used to since Santorini is a volcanic island. Initialy the location was a concern as you are far from the tourist hot spots that one normally thinks of as Santorini. But there are two restaurants (Taverna Gallini was excellent) and a winery (Gaia Winery - also excellent) within walking distance of the resort. If you want to visit the tourist areas you will need transportation, cab or rental. We were with a group so we have a prearranged island tour and were picked up by the cruise company for our sunset catamaran cruise. Personally I would avoid staying in tourist areas as they are crazy busy with high traffic and the areas are pretty well trashed by the hordes. This is a relaxed location, but you can still get to the typical tourist spots too. It is located right near the airport, but I barely heard the departing jets. The staff was helpful, expecially Virginia, who may be the manager. She helped by printing our all 29 boarding passes I was emailed for our ferry back to Athens. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Since the tap water is not potable, it might be an idea for the resort to provide daily bottled water in the rooms. During our stay they only provided it on arrival. It was not a big problem as we got bottled water at the local mini-mart, just a short walk away.

Good breakfast, cozy bar and pool area, the rooms were large and well air-conditioned, also modern. Staff were really informative. there was also a good storage point for luggage near the reception desk if you arrived at the hotel too early or wanted to stay at the hotel after the room was handed over.

the toilet was generally clean, some hairs etc. were still found. Otherwise the room was perfect. The location was not the best, but thanks to that, you got a really good hotel for the price. There aren't many shops nearby and it's some distance to the beach. The airport is also right next door, so it gets noisy from time to time. For the most part, the hotel still has a peaceful atmosphere and is quiet

From the minute we arrived, we were treated with courtesy. All the staff were super friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The poolside area was fabulous and very relaxing. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfasts were excellent with enough choice for everyone and there were always enough tables

The room we chose had a pool view so I was disappointed that we didn't get that. The hotel itself wasn't close to any restaurants or places of interest. Walking to and from the hotel wasn't easy as it required walking on dusty tracks, by stoney beach or a main road that wasn't well lit so you definitely need to hire a car.

Loads of use of the pool, and if your like us we had a private pool and could use it whenever we liked. The style of the property was insane, felt like a proper beach place !! Staff were incredible always attentive to your needs and wants, with the upmost respect and politeness!

It was quite costly, we only had breakfast inclosed in our stay, so when we sometime wanted to drink or eat at the bar the prices were a little crazy but because it’s Santorini you know you’ll have to pay it, but on some things it would be a little extreme, and one time we had dinner my food was cold and I asked for it to be exchanged but by this point I was put off so would of been nice to have it off the ending bill !

staff was helpful and nice, all rooms have a balcony or terrace which is great, quite a good breakfast choice.

Hotel is next to the airport so bring ear plugs, planes were landing and taking off throughout each night we stayed, horrible noise if you are a light sleeper. Couldn’t turn the tv & air conditioning on, not a big deal for us but it might be for some other people. No shampoo, just a hand soap. Wasn’t given an iron when requested as all were occupied. Also, hotel is located in the middle of nowhere (there’s a bus stop outside tho) so it takes about 20/30mins by foot to get to Kamari, there you can find a beach and lots of nice restaurants. To go to Fira or Oia, it takes just around 30mins from the hotel which was 30/35€ one way (bus is 1.6€). Would recommend looking for a hotel in central Kamari.

The Location is NOT WALKABLE to Kamari Beach and Taxi's are 15 Euro's each way (so be prepared for that) the airport is only 5 minutes in a taxi and that also was 20 Euro's. If you do not like plane noise (was mildly noisy) then this may not be for you. The staff are incredible! Breakfast was OKAY, great coffee and good selection, just fussy English breakfast eater. The pool side food was awesome, the Burger and Club Sandwich were both very very good. Get a car or quad bike, you can whizz around the island easily and see soo much.

Location was not walkable to any bars or restaurants

Fantastic staff, brilliant pool, not too busy, breakfast was nice, drinks were nice. We had a very relaxing stay and will most likely be back in the future.

Not something I personally was too bothered by, but it’s located right next to the airport so you can hear planes overhead, but, it really isn’t too much of a bother. We got an Uber to Fira and Oia, which cost €36 each way but we preferred just staying at the resort anyway it was that nice.

I chose the location as me and my partner didn’t want to stay in the main tourist places and also wanted a pool to relax by if we chose too! Well to our delight the pool area doesn’t do justice on the picture as the real deal and the place really comes alive at night! there was also lovely music playing when we arrived. The staff at the hotel make the location shine brighter I truly hope that all mentioned get recognition for their hard work and dedication! you are all amazing and thank you we feel so blessed.

we loved everything about the property! we even loved seeing the planes arrive and go on with the beautiful view to the beach too

We loved our stay - it was only for 1 night thou- the staff made it perfect. Ou room was upgraded with a bottle of wine 🍷- very thoughtful. We had a flight next day PM, and we could enjoy the day in the pool relaxing. They have showers and WC facilities to get change, too. I personally loved the menu for the bar - I repeated the beef burger (5*). We felt like paradise. Breakfast was great - plenty of options. Special thanks to Kelly, Maria, Yadira, and 2 Stefanias. Location is very convenient if you have a late or early flight - it is about 5 minutes' drive to the airport.

Probably a bit far from shops and attractions but we knew this before booking. So- nothing really we did not like.
