The property was very clean and beautiful

What I would only complain about is that the staff to clean the rooms in the morning kept opening the door as me and my partner were asleep as we couldn’t out a sign saying do not disturb. Also I would say that the drinks and food at the resort were a little expensive for what it was

The customer service was exceptional !! You are incredibly well looked after, and all members of staff go above and beyond. The quality of food was great and a variety of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was pool and beach facing which made it really worthwhile. Love Nikki beach!

We arrived with our small toy poodle, and everyone was incredibly pet-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to the staff at the bar, the reception, and the porter – all of them were so kind and helpful. Everyone we encountered was approachable, positive, and always had a smile on their face. A big shoutout to the housekeeping team – they were fantastic! Always available when we needed anything, cheerful, and truly dedicated to their work. Highly recommended! The pool is stunning, and the view from our room overlooking the beach was absolutely breathtaking. Top experience from start to finish! 🌟

I recently stayed at Nikki Beach Santorini with my grandmother for 5 nights, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The staff was outstanding—always attentive, friendly, and ready to assist with any needs. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options that left nothing to be desired. The atmosphere of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and pleasant music playing throughout our stay, creating a relaxing vibe. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Nikki Beach Santorini to others. This hotel made our 5-night holiday in Santorini truly unforgettable!

Breakfast was lovely. Sushi at lunch was also delicious.

The first evening we arrived we had dinner in the restaurant. We ordered a few starters and my boyfriend had the steak and I ordered the seabass. The seabass was completely raw but I ate the starters instead. I wanted to know if the fish was meant to be raw so asked the waitress. She couldn’t understand what I was saying so I left it. I had half a bite of what was probably a 50 euro fish which was improperly cooked. In hindsight I wish I had have said something and got it taken off the bill. Also thought it should be made clear that all the pool beds have a minimum spend of 500, even for hotel guests.

Nice beach, not crowded. High quality sea. Nice service. Its much better than the booking rating would suggest. For the money we paid, we got a very high quality.

Not much to complain about. Breakfast was very good, but needs to be more diversified. For seniors could be a bit loud. For us it was ok, as there were two different areas where you can stay not being exposed to the music.

Very good food, fresh fish everyday, excellent music, live DJ everyday at the pool, very nice, clean pools, the private pools amazing. Espresso machine in the room is a big plus, the missing cups the problem :). The beach is amazing! And being close to the airport is not a problem, we did not hear the planes, so no worries :) In 50 m from the property is a nice store if you want something after 10 pm, as the hotel bar is closed and also room service is not available.

We didnt like that everyday (for 3 days) we were left without glasses, cups, spoons, as the cleaning lady was taking the dirty ones and not putting clean ones back. Reception was late to answer, so had to borrow from our neighbour friends. Hope you take care of this, the coffee is too good to miss :) And also would like to have the bar open longer, at 10 pm room service is closed and also the bar... this was really disspointing

The Spa and the massage wasn’t that good, The hotel need to have hot tub, sauna and some other facilities in my opinion

We liked everything about our stay at Nikki Beach. The staff are fantastic, food is soo good especially the sushi. Drinks & food are London prices but really good. Music around the pool is good & we got really good day beds. As we booked through booking.com we got 50% off spa treatments which was a bonus and they upgraded our room to a suite with a pool which was perfect. Two great restaurants along the beach also. Perfect long weekend relaxing
