We had a great stay, the view is simply outstanding and we could just sit and watch the sea and the island for hours. For shared pools, the houses feel private enough, perhaps because the hotel wasn’t full. The pool is big enough and amazing. Cleanliness, staff and comfort are great, they clean and change towels every day. The houses are on a mountain which means incredible views but also a very sleep 10% incline hill. I read the reviews and hired a car from the airport, and I would attempt to climb this hill on foot. If you walk a little up the hill from the house, you can watch incredible sunsets. We found the beach to the right on the house great, and there is a 2,5 euro water bus to old town from the new port. The roads are generally not very walkable, so car hide is highly recommended. The restaurant at the bottom of the road is also great, we found the food better than in some tavernas in old town.

If you have a car to climb the hill, it’s all perfect.

Everything about this property was perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The location was ideal, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The host was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like—I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely love to come back!

The property has an amazing view! The apartment is a good size, it fits a family of 5 very comfortably. The kitchen is nice and has everything you need to cook. The place was very well kept and clean.

The property is located in a very high hill, like it's literally impossible to walk up or down by foot. It is far from restaurants and shops. You definitely need to rent a car or call a taxi. It is also extremely windy; you cannot leave towels or hats unattended because they will fly away. My sandless flew away! Also, it's so windy that it makes a lot of noise at night when you are trying to sleep. If you are a light sleeper, you need ear plugs.

We loved the beautiful view, pools, and being able to walk right out of our room to the deck. It was not too crowded and because there are multiple pools it felt like we had a private suite. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The location is close to the port but you cannot do much on foot due to the hotel being at the top of a really large steep hill. Therefore every time you leave you must have a car. There are not convenience stores or bakeries within walking distance. However the trade off is an amazing view!

We rented two- two bedroom villas and both were outstanding!!! We felt like we were in a resort! The views of the port and Old Port/Mykonos Town are incredible! The location was optimal for our pre and post charter stay. The units were stylishly decorated, very clean, super functional, comfortable and well equipped. We ordered breakfast and the basket of items was huge and plentiful. The outside patios with the stunning views were perfect for gathering together and the three infinity pools were sparkling blue and refreshing. Having a washing machine and drying rack was a huge convenience. There is a good taverna down the hill and it made for a beautiful walk and great exercise. We were able to do a late check out on one of the units and enjoy the pools and the views until we had to be at the port for our charter-- Thank you so much Antonis! Aeri Villas were so perfect and Antonis such a pleasure to work with that we came back to stay again after our catamaran charter!!! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!!!!

Directions for the washing machine would be helpful.

- Lovely spacious terrace with an incredible view. We couldn't tear ourselves away and spent the evening there soaking it in (we were able to.get pizza and pasta delivered) - High quality accommodation, very nicely furnished, very comfortable., good air con and beds. - 3 infinity pools, in September we effectively had our own private pool. - We had a 4pm ferry the day we left and the manager offered for us to stay on in the villa until then unprompted - easy drive into Mykonos town This is one of the most memorable places I've stayed in.

The steep hill means that even though Aeri is very close to the port, it would be a tough walk with luggage. We hired a car at the car hire beside Mathios Taverna across from the port so sorted!

Loved our stay here. Calm clean and gorgeous. Plenty of room. Views were amazing, the whole place was even better than I expected from the photos. Swimming in the infinity pool high above the harbour was a treat. Couldn't believe the views each time I walked out the front door. Staff were really kind. We got a free upgrade to a room with sea views, and when there was a problem with our next accommodation they accommodated us. ps. there is a €2 seabus that ferries you to the old port and old town every 30 mins. Then delivers you back right near the bottom of the road. And the restaurant at the bottom of the road is great. Prices better than in town, food portion, sizes, service all great.

If you are carrying luggage, get a taxi. It looks like a short walk to the hotel on the map. It is steep. We did it in sun dragging suitcases over steep rutted concrete (surfaced so cars can get up). It is absolutely fine when you haven't got luggage, walked it last evening in the cool, lovely. All worth it for the views.

Pros: The view is amazingg, its the first thing you will miss when you leave this place, just watching the sea and the multiple ships leaving and arriving the port just left us in a trance. The facilities were clean and superb and the staff mainly Antonis was a real gem, he was very accomodating and such a sweet man and those sweet cleaning ladies were great. This facility has 3 pools, which you are free to use and each one is better than the next! The location was also not bad, not far from Little Venice and a few public beaches which was a bonus, we could also order in when we were too tired to eat out. We never regretted a moment of it! If i ever come back to Mykonos i know where I'm staying.

The overall experience at Aeri Villas was amazing. Antonis was incredibly helpful. The view overlooking Mykonos was superb and my kids loved the pools.

The property is a bit off the beaten path so if you needed to go to a market it was either a walk down a steep hill or a taxi. While it did not bother us too much, I would recommend renting a car or anticipating the walk or taxi costs during your stay.

The pool there is beautiful, and the view is excellent. I would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation to Olga and other staff there who were always helpful.

The road to the hotel is very steep and the breakfast is the same everyday. Furthermore, you have to cook the breakfast yourself.
