Had a great 6 nights here as a female solo traveller. Agios Stefanos is perfect if you want peace and quiet away from the noise and crowds of town. Hotel is partly renovated, partly older, I was in one of the buildings lower on the hill so just a short gentle slope to climb from reception. Room was a good size and view from balcony was stunning, no need to even get up (pic is literally taken from the very comfy bed). Breakfast is tasty and keeps you full until the evening when there are some very good restaurants on site and in close vicinity. Access to a beautiful not too crowded beach, but be aware a set of sunbeds with parasol is 20 euros a day (there's a free part too if you byo). A shop for all necessities is 30 secs from the reception and bus stop to go into town is 3 mins walk.. Pool area is clean and pleasant (although quality of music varies). Staff are lovely and kind! My pickup from the port got somehow lost but very nice driver arrived 5 mins after I called them - if you book through booking.com maybe call them up before arrival to make sure they're aware. Airport transfer was complimentary and worked great. WiFi is a bit temperamental, but it is in most Greek islands in my experience. AC worked well, as did fridge/freezer. Best hairdryer of any hotel I've stayed at! A kettle would make this perfect although I always bring my own. All in all a great relaxing stay, would book again.

Not sure if this was the hotel or booking.com but they seemed a little surprised when I turned up on my own as the booking apparently was for 2 people. Not an issue as the rate for a double room was the same either way, but people: singles exist and we want huge double beds all to ourselves! It would be great to see a little more eco-friendliness, e.g. an option to tell cleaning staff you don't need fresh towels every day, or for them to switch the lights off when they've finished cleaning.

The location was perfect for us. Away from the busy town centre but across the road from a lovely beach and a couple of steps from the bus to town as well as a convenience store and a few restaurants.

No kettle in the room. After being told by the receptionist that the hot water can be obtained at the bar, we were charged €1 for the hot water by a reluctant bar attendant. The bar attendant was not happy about giving out hot water! We were told the kettles were taken away from the rooms after an “incident”. If that is the case, they should provide easier access to hot water without having to go through reluctant staff and being charged for it.

We were island hopping and due to flight and ferry times we stayed here for one night only, catching the ferry to Paros. The location for the ferry port is ideal only a few minutes away. For our purposes the hotel was perfect. The hotel is situated overlooking a small beach and there are busses to the old town from outside. The hotel is ideal if you are catching the ferry, it is clean convenient the staff are helpful and organised our pickup from the airport (late evening) and drop off at the ferry port. Although we did not have dinner there the breakfast was good and in the evening as we arrived the restaurant looked welcoming with illuminated tables overlooking the sea.

The hotel is set in the hillside so getting to the individual rooms on the higher levels may be challenging for some as the paths are quite steep but it does give you good views.

Warm reception from all staff, the ease of airport pick up and drop off was very welcome especially with later flight times. Very clean rooms, faultless housekeeping. Simple rooms. Stunning location away from the chaos of Mykonos town yet not so far away for a day trip in that direction. Peaceful hotel. Pool and beach were lovely. Good restaurants nearby.

The breakfast could have been more varied, more fresh fruit etc. the same things on offer each day was not great, certainly noted by day seven of of stay. More complimentary water for guests. I do not think hotel guests should have to pay at all for use of the beach / loungers. At €25 per person per day this seemed excessive and unnecessary. Public beach was fortunately close as an alternative.

Excellent quiet location, beach across the street, great view from the balcony, friendly personnel, always willing to help. The recptionists were so kind and offered us a free room upgrade and arranged 3 rooms next to another for us and our couples of friends. Airport transfer included. They picked us from the airport way ahead the checkin time. We could use all the facilities ahead the checkin while leaving the luggage in the reception. Bus station with hourly rides to Mykonos town. Reasonably priced market very close to the hotel, rent-a-bike and ATV next to the hotel.

Poor cleaning in the balcony, breakfast could be better (eg. there was no feta or any other greek specific cheese). Pool time is only 11AM to 7PM. We wish we were able to use the pool later in the evening to experience the great sunset views. High prices for the a la carte menu and beverages (including the pool bar) but that's somehow usual for Mykonos.

We chose this accommodation for our honeymoon, and we were very pleased with our stay. The staff were incredibly kind and gave us a lovely welcome, which we truly appreciated. The accommodation had a stunning view, and there was even a blanket in the room so we could comfortably spend more time on the terrace in the evening while watching the sea. We also really appreciated the option to store our luggage and arrange transport both before check-in and after check-out. This allowed us to make the most of our time exploring the island without worrying about our bags.

One small downside was that the breakfast options were the same every day, which can get a bit repetitive during a longer stay.

We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel on Mykonos island. The hotel is located in Agios Stefanos, 1.5 km from the New Port and about 3 km from Mykonos town. The hotel is beach front, with a couple of very nice restaurants nearby, as well as a small supermarket. Agios Stefanos beach is in front of the hotel, where guests pay Euro 20 for sun beds and an umbrella. Many cruise ships dock in the New Port. There was free parking at the hotel for our rental car, which we hired from Quattro (the only car hire place across the road from the New Port). Melanie at the front desk was very helpful. Great swimming pool for hotel guests, overlooking the sea. Swimming pool towels were provided for both the swimming pool and beach.

Although the breakfast looked like a lot of things to choose from, it was just a lot of pastries and dry cakes. There was no fresh fruit (only canned fruit). No butter, only margarine. No thick Greek yogurt, only cheap yogurt. No toaster to toast the bread. On the second day we were already put off by the sub-standard quality of the food. Although there is a great swimming pool, we were not allowed to bring any crisps or snacks along to it - even though they don't sell any snacks at the pool bar.

The hotel is exactly like its pictures : clean, comfortable with beautiful views over the sea and St. Stefanos’ bay. The location was ideal, as it is over one of Mykonos least windy beaches, and also one-minute walk from a supermarket and the bus station (which brings you to old town in 10 minutes for 2€). The breakfast was great. The complimentary airport pick-up was definitely a huge plus, big thank you to Stafis. We highly recommend the hotel !

External factors include having electricity poles all over the place in the pool area that really kill the view, but it is not the hotel’s fault. Internal factors include the rudeness of some (not all) staff members with a really unwelcoming attitude. There are SmartTVs in the bedrooms with multiple options but the hotel doesn’t allow the TVs to be connected to the internet, for some dogma, so you can’t use any of these options.

First and foremost, the wonderful, friendly, and helpful hotel staff — from the reception desk, through the administrative team and dining room staff, to the hotel manager, who kindly and generously helped us resolve some personal issues. A special thanks to the reception team — Apostolia, Malenia, and Eva — who always welcomed us with a smile and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The location is perfect. It’s not right in the noisy, crowded center, but still very close — just a few minutes by bus from the Old Port. The hotel is next to a quiet, uncrowded beach (Agios Stefanos Beach), a minirmarket, good restaurants, and a bus stop with an hourly route that runs along the coast from the New Port to the Old Port (less than 10 minutes from end to end). Like most hotels along the coast, it’s located on a hillside. While this does require a short uphill walk to reach the rooms, the advantage is that every room has an unobstructed sea view. Breakfast is generous and enjoyable, served on a terrace facing the sea. There’s also a small pool at the hotel, which also overlooks the sea. The rooms are somewhat dated, but they’re clean, comfortable, and offer good value for the price.
