🍹 If you’re dreaming of sipping cocktails by the pool while watching cruise ships drift by in the turquoise Mediterranean Sea, then this is the place to stay in Mykonos. The view is breathtaking, and the vibe is pure bliss. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding — the rooms were cleaned thoroughly twice a day, and fresh towels were always provided. The housekeeping team was extremely professional and attentive. All the staff members were genuinely friendly, always smiling, and radiated positive energy, making the atmosphere feel light, happy, and relaxed. Their hospitality was exceptional. We had an unforgettable experience during our stay at this hotel, and we truly couldn’t have asked for more. Barbara was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. Always smiling. Even the toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, were high-end and luxurious, which shows how much attention is paid to every little detail. What touched us the most was how the management surprised us by upgrading our room as soon as they learned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. It was such a meaningful gesture that made our stay extra special and deeply memorable. We’re incredibly grateful for that. The design and ambiance of the hotel feel like a professional photoshoot location — every corner is elegant, aesthetic, and picture-perfect. Bring plenty of outfits, because you’ll want to take lots of photos in this stunning setting. We are beyond satisfied with our choice and are already planning to come back very soon.

We booked the villa for a family of 4. It’s a beautiful villa . The view is amazing and it’s such a quiet hotel so if you like some peace and quiet you will enjoy this hotel . Staff were all nice and the concierge was the best !

During breakfast , staff were a bit slow but overall they were polite . Its also a bit far from old town so you need a car and it’s far away from cafes and restaurants . Hotel menu needs some updating especially with lunch and dinner options .

The staff from the reception desk, house keeping, concierge, restaurant were excellent. Everyone very friendly and willing to help. The room was kept clean all the time. Nothing was too much for any one of them. Not forgetting the hotel transport drivers they were really nice and always available when needed transport using hotel transport/shuttle. My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable mainly because of the hospitality myself, my daughter & my sister received.

Hotel was amazing, views were incredible, the staff were so nice and attentive. The food was amazing and the breakfast was great, a mix between a la carte hot food and continental buffet. Hotel is about 10 mins by car from Mykonos town and 5 minutes from the Port. There weren’t too many restaurants around outside of the hotel but the beach at Agios Stefanos was a 10 min walk down the hill and had a supermarket and few nice restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend Rocabella if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with the option to visit some more of the island. Rocabella has a car/taxi service that is easy to book and will take you anywhere you want to go for a good price.

The Rocabella Art Hotel, was an absolute gem,the warm smiles of the staff made us feel right at home. Their impeccable service and attention to detail were truly remarkable. The room was pristine—spotlessly clean, with a bed so comfy it felt like a cloud. And the location? Well, it was enchanting. Nestled amidst charming romantic view of the ocean and not far from main attractions, it was the perfect for my adventures. As the sun dipped below the horizon, I sat on the balcony, sipping a cup of wine, and marveled at the lights of cruise ships. Safety measures need to be taken for some of the rooms far as getting out of the bed. It should be precaution signs because of the steps which I sprained my foot in the middle of the night.

We loved it here, outside all the noise with amazing sea views. Staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. Breakfast buffet could have a few more options but as you can pick the cooked bfast I think it's perfect this way. Tom the cat is amazing addition to this place, we miss him already and hope someone takes him during the winter time. We had dinner and drink at sunset time and food was delicious, drinks on point and views so much better than those expensive sunset bar with crazy minimum spend per person. Here you are loooked after rather than rushed about. We recommend this hotel. Town is just a few minutes drive and a nice little bay round the corner too.

The plunge pool water was too hot, perhaps some clients want that but we prefer a nice chilled temperature. Perhaps they offer the option, we didn't ask and just went in outside the hot hours of the day.

Slow service at breakfast, but the lovely staff made up for the delays

Absolutely head-over-heels in love with my stay here, from the minute I first arrived at the airport and was whisked away to this fabulous hotel. My room was delightful, with a private terrace and pool. You could fall asleep to the sound of the waves of the sea every night (which I did).

It's challenging to get a cab on Mykonos at times. The hotel did an amazing job of getting me prompt rides in to the chora, but it was a little frustrating when trying to come back.

The facilities are amazing. good location, lovely spacious rooms. the food is also amazing and the service at the front desk is attentive and welcoming.

Given the expensive cost of the hotel, I was expecting the restaurant experience and service to be better. For a 5 star hotel, I would expect quicker, more attentive and understanding of their menu. The service at the restaurant was not consistent and really depended on who served you. This was not a 5 star service.

Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for you. The facilities were also brilliant and the food was really good. St Stefano beach is a 5 min walk away and it had a good beach club to rent sunbeds and get food and drinks. Would happily go back and stay again.

It's a little way out of mykonos town where all the shops and bars are. Taxis are very expensive and the hotel provide transport for you which is very convenient and it is always at a set price (the same as the taxis), however it is pricey still.
