The most beautiful views. The greatest hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble. Every comfort was provided for. Fantastic spaces to relax. Ilias and Dimitra made sure we felt like home from the moment we arrived. It was the best stay ever.

Elias was a fantastic host and drove us to the port for our onward ferry journey, refusing any payment of thanks. He also made a journey to the local bakery fetching us bread and buns for breakfast. A really top guy, Yamas Elias👏.

The host went above and beyond to ensure a welcoming and comfortable stay, being incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our visit. The place itself was spotless, with a cozy and spacious layout that made us feel right at home. Every amenity we could possibly need was provided, from kitchen essentials to extra towels, making it a very convenient experience. To top it all off, the view from the property was absolutely stunning, offering beautiful scenery that made our stay all the more memorable.

One thing to note is that the location requires some form of transportation, as it’s a bit isolated, so renting a car or arranging for taxis is essential to get to and from the property comfortably. Additionally, during our stay, the area was quite windy, which may be something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to windy conditions.

Skoutas Ilias was a standout host; his warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly valued. The pool area was stunning, and the view was breathtaking. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. As a special touch, Ilias left us a bottle of wine that was absolutely delightful. I cannot recommend staying here highly enough. It’s a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. Besides that the Beach was around 5 min by car and it was so clean, not crowded of people and really beautiful and blue water

Nothing to say, everything was more than perfect

Ilias and the team once again went over and above to make our stay a great one. Nothing was too much trouble. Although there are no shops or tavernas within walking distance, Ilias offered to order take away deliveries and helped with a trip into town to eat. He was so kind we were blown away. The view from the room was amazing. The room had an excellent quiet air con unit. It came with a bottle of excellent local wine and water, sandwich toaster, coffee pods and a kettle. Just what we needed. The air con wasn't required this time - being high on a hill side, the breeze was cool and very welcome. And the small pool is lovely too! We will definitely stay here again if we use Mykonos as our transfer hub. Thanks Ilias and Dimitra!

No local shops or tavernas.

We were looking for peace and relaxation and felt very comfortable. Ilias is a wonderful host, takes loving care of his guests, and gave us plenty of tips for exploring island or restaurant recommendations. Our daughter was pampered and spoiled like a grandchild (although Ilias not has the age) and enjoyed the time in the great pools. We had a wonderful stay and experienced great service from Ilias, Dimitra and the entire team. The villas are well and thoughtfully furnished, the pools are perfect with a sea view (I think all of them have it) and you have an unforgettable sunset directly in the complex or even inside from your room / villa without the need to travel at all. It was difficult to say goodbye, we were warmly welcomed and said goodbye with sadness. It felt like we spend the vacation with family. Thanks for a great time and hopefully see you again! No idea as it was a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

What a magical place. Peaceful, serene, calming, and rejuvenating... especially waking up everyday after heavy Mykonos partying and for the most memorable sunsets. Dimitra and the entire host team were incredibly helpful -- from coordinating drivers, helping with ATV bookings, accommodating various arrival times of our party, and day to day communications... The villa is MASSIVE - we had 4 rooms all spacious and comfortable. The decor inside was authentic modern and very mykonos. The pool and all the outdoor spaces were amazing. We had an enclosed indoor/outdoor section with an authentic greek grill too. Full kitchen and plenty of items to make a perfect stay -- even had laundry machine. It is on the north west coast which is ideal for shooting straight down to main town mykonos. like 10-15 min from airport. Pro tIp : UBER WORKS IN MYKONOS and is much cheaper than the standard 50euro taxi ride .. especially as the villa is not exactly close to any town by foot. There are a handful of cafes and restaurants in the area but not a wide selection. SUPER PRO TIP : rent a car or ATV If you want to be a bit separated and secluded from the partying yet close enough to easily go out at night and have everything you need for the most awesome stay... this is it!!! YAMAS!

the fact that i only stayed 4 nights and not more /;

I really enjoyed my stay here, even though it was very short. The owner was very kind and helpful, I appreciate his services that he did for us. The accommodation was beautiful and clean. Breathtaking view of the sea and sunset. Beautiful and clean pool. The road to the accommodation is a bit more difficult, but thanks to it you have a beautiful view. I recommend all 10 and would very much like to come back here. Everything is furnished in traditional Greek style, you will soak up the atmosphere. Here is the peace and quiet you expect on vacation.

The property was clean and spacious. The view from the patio was amazing. Comfortable sun lounges to lay on. The host was very helpful and arranged car hire, a must when staying here, and gave recommendations for restaurants, beaches etc. Down some steps from our room, there was a small, but lovely pool, to cool off in. The A/C unit worked really well to keep our room cool. A lovely place to stay, away from busy Mykonos town.

A car was needed, which adds to the cost of the stay (about €80/day) even though to drive around, is an experience - but not the property’s fault. More utensils needed to improve the self-catering aspect. In the house behind us, was a large group, who played music very loudly til the early hours. Again, not the property’s fault, but it did spoil the general peace and quiet of our stay.

Absolutely loved the decor, the view from the pool was amazing. It was quiet and secluded but not too far away. We hired a quad so it was easy for us to get around. The shop was a 5 minutes drive with food places in the same place. Very private and clean. The staff were amazing and helped us with everything we needed!

The shower wasn’t very good at draining but two girls washing hair, we was in there a long time
