It was amazing! The place is clean and pleasant, spacious and really beautiful. Close to the city and there are convenient and free shuttles throughout the day. In general, the service is simply amazing!!! Ria welcomed us with a huge smile, explained us about the island and gave recommendations that helped us a lot. She took care of us throughout our stay and really was our friend. In short, amazing hospitality! Very kind people and the place is nothing less than perfect.

The Wi-Fi is weak and does not work very well

We really enjoyed our stay at the epic blue hotel Mykonos, the private pool and the view from the terrace are amazing. Staff was really helpful, friendly and very fast!

There were a few technical problems in our room upon our arrival (mirror light was not working right, problems with the bathtub) but the hotel staff fixed it immediately. The breakfast takes place at the San Marco Hotel (seems to be the main house/mother hotel). The breakfast was good but the atmosphere had a bit of an Vintage character. Nevertheless the stay was great!

I love my stay, it was quiet & peaceful, I had a view of the mountains and a view of the water. I loved that property was clean. The private pool was the icing on my cake simple perfect, I felt like I was in heaven. I do recommend Epic Blue

Wonderful! Rooms are very clean and comfortable, pool area is very beautiful with breathtaking view, extremely professional and kind stuff, free shuttle to the beach and city center, we’re welcomed with champagne and fruits. Everything is even beyond 5 star service. We will surely stay in this hotel again!

This is the second time I have visited this hotel and I am very happy to have seen such a great change. The staff was polite and very helpful. Mr. Michael greeted us on arrival and offered us a very nice welcome drink, from then until the end of our stay he made sure we didn't miss anything . In fact as one night we came back very late , after an outing and would not have had time to eat breakfast, Mr Michael made sure breakfast came to the room at a later time. We were surprised when we woke up and saw breakfast waiting for us in front of the room pool. Our room was very comfortable, very clean and the sea view was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and beautiful hotel in Mykonos at a good price.

The pools were excellent and excellent food

The property was excellent. We traveled with a dog and some staff immediately went to touch her as soon as we arrived. We told them no a few times because our dog gets very anxious near new people. But they kept petting her and our dog snapped on them. So as a dog friendly property the staff should be trained on how to approach dogs for their own safety and to make sure the guests and dogs are comfortable.
