The hotel and its amenities may vary depending on expectations. If you’re a couple without children, it’s in a great location in the city center, within walking distance of all central attractions. However, families with children who are looking for a more comfortable and quiet environment may want to reconsider. The breakfast is adequate. The air conditioning in the rooms is insufficient. The rooms themselves are clean and tidy. The only thing that upset us was the breakfast staff’s attitude and her comments in a language we didn’t understand. Despite this, it’s still a hotel worth considering.

The reception staff are genuinely attentive and easy to communicate with. However, the woman in charge of breakfast kept complaining and expressing disapproval while cleaning up what our 11-month-old baby had spilled, which upset us. It seems she expected an 11-month-old to sit and eat breakfast like an elderly person.

4 minutes to walk from the port. Right near the bar and restaurants however silence. The team was amazing. Especially Stella from the breakfast gave us a feeling that we were a guest at her house. The reception team is so helpful and smiling all the time. They gave us departure gift, that was cool. They have achieved to give us personalised service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Once you leave from the room the electric is gone even from the plugs. We left our things to be charged but it didn't. The bed metris was quite old but it was ok.

It’s right in the centre, and felt like the most vibrant part of the city as your back garden!! The hotel is a bit too old school and not modern. But they provide complimentary wine, dental kit, and many other goodies which made it unique! Also the staff is so helpful and nice. They aim to make your visit perfect.

The bathroom and the shower was too old. It was all cleaned up however it was so old that it looked very distasteful. Breakfast was great with many varieties but they were not that tasting well, more bland.

A very well located hotel 3-5 minutes from the heart of the centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. They have kept the whole place inside as well outside with respect to the traditional architecture and design that makes you feel homy. The breakfast was every day with a pleasant surprise. Not always the same. Different greek delicacies especially in pies offered every day. I would definitely choose to stay there again. Value for money and atmosphere.

The comfortable bed, the balcony that got the sun in the morning and late afternoon. The hotel is in a great location. The roof top pool. The hotel is fabulous but the bathroom shower, breakfast and lack of welcome drink let it down a little but I would definitely stay again

The breakfast coffee is very weak, the juice was watered down concentrate.The eggs were cold it would be better if they were made to order. Hand held shower.

The hotel had a very cosy environment. The rooms were clean and were large enough so we had no trouble fitting in as a family. Breakfast had a lot of options (including turkish tea and greek coffee) and the staff were very helpful and kind. Lastly we were given a gift basket of local products on our last day.

When we arrived for check-in (we arrived earlier than check-in) we were told our room would be ready in 1 hour (normal check-in time). We came back 2 hours later but we had to wait yet another 20 mins.

Location location location. In the heart of old town but not noisy at all. Beautiful accommodation, great staff and breakfast.

Bit tricky to park under the hotel, better outside in reserved parking.

Really nice hotel with a beautiful interior and spacious rooms. Staff were also very helpful, whether that be booking taxis or organising a rental car for us which had us very stressed as we accidentally booked one for the wrong month and only realised upon arriving at the hotel. The location is also very good, close to a lot of nice bars and a very lively neighbourhood. Would definitely recomend

The hotel has a superb location. It is close to the city center, all the good restaurants (eg Kalderimi 5 minutes by walking), the port (200 m) from and a blue flag beach (300 m). The staff was very helpful, friendly and very polite. The rooms are very clean and complimentary refreshments such as water and soda. could be found in the refrigerator. The breakfast was very rich and everything was tasty and fresh. Although I haven't tried the room service you can always find hot water at the buffet area near the lobby. I loved my stay. It was perfect. I would definitely go back if I visited Lesbos again.

The shower in the bathroom was not in a cabinet but only enclosed by a shower curtain. If you are not very careful the floor becomes wet and slippery. Also the lighting in the room was dim. As I like to read I had to go to the lobby area at night but it would be convenient if I could read in bed.

Wonderful boutique hotel, very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and located close to the harbour and right next to nice restaurants and cafes (but still very quite). There is also a parking lot for hotel guests. The staff was exceptionally nice - Greek hospitality at its best!

The bathroom felt a bit outdated, but was very spacious and spotlessly clean.
