Plaka Hotel II is in a great location—just a short drive from Naxos town but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The free shuttle from the port was a nice touch. Would absolutely recommend!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The room was bright, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with a lovely balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Being so close to the beach made every day feel effortless—just a short stroll and we were on soft sand with crystal-clear waters. We really appreciated the peace and quiet in the evenings. It was exactly what we needed to disconnect and recharge.

This place exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were so kind and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations or anything we needed. Our room had a fantastic view and was equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The area is peaceful, yet there are several great tavernas within walking distance. The combination of beautiful nature, comfort, and sincere service made this one of our favorite vacations ever.

I almost don’t want to write this because I want to keep it a secret! Everything about our stay was perfect—the tranquility, the view, the simplicity of the room, and the laid-back atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchenette came in handy for light meals. It’s rare to find a place that feels both authentic and well cared for. We left feeling refreshed and already thinking about when we can come back.

We were looking for a quiet getaway and found the perfect place. The room was cleaned daily and maintained to a very high standard. The pool was never crowded, and there were plenty of loungers to relax on. In the evening, we’d walk to nearby restaurants for dinner, then come back and enjoy the breeze on our balcony. It’s the kind of stay where everything runs smoothly without you having to ask. Very well managed.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Buffet-style breakfast that had everything: eggs (boiled, fried, omelet), coldcuts, local cheeses, breads, cakes, fruits, local yogurt, rice pudding, cereals, milk, juice, tea, coffee. Everything was fresh and kept being replenished as needed. Hotel always clean, housekeeping ladies did great job. Many flowers and greenery everywhere, lovely. Ideal location as steps away to best beach yet nice and quiet. One of best restaurants/taverna right there as well "Three Brothers": great food, reasonable prices, friendly staff. Mini market just beside that for bus tickets, snacks, drinks, etc. owned and operated by lovely family :)

Many wasps near shallow end of pool where the flowering shrubs were. There must have been a nest in those shrubs. The pool closes too early at 7:00 pm. There is no shuttle to and from airport (which is 5 minutes away by car) and the buses only begin 8:00 am so if flight is at 8, you're stuck arranging cab 25 euros. The beds are ok but too firm for my liking -- I prefer softer.

I recently stayed at Plaka II with my friends and we had an absolutely fantastic time. The hotel is just 80 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Plaka. Our studio was beautifully furnished in earthy tones and included a cozy sitting area and a kitchenette with a dining space. The balcony had a wonderful view of the pool and the garden. This is definitely recommendation-worthy material. I think everyone should check it out!

Wonderful experience for me and my friends. The hotel's was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed relaxing on the pool. Breakfast buffet had a good variety and we often had snacks and drinks at the poolside bar. This is one I'll definitely be recommending to everyone I know.
