The environment was fantastic. Care had really been taken to create a beautiful and serene space. The pool and villa were kept at a fantastic standard and Stelios and his team were always on hand for anything we needed. The breakfast was also deliciously indulgent and we enjoyed it very much!

Only 2 things. The planes going from Naxos airport fly quite low over the property and can be a bit disruptive. And despite it only being a short walk to the beach, the road to walk along is not pedestrian friendly, although not dangerous, and in retrospect we would have rented a car.

What a wonderful place, the accommodation was outstanding in terms of design and comfort. Breakfast was a real treat and different options appeared everyday. The housekeeping was exceptional and Stelios the owner was so warm and welcoming. The location was great, whilst it was peaceful and rural around the accommodation it was only a few minutes drive or 15 min walk to bars and restaurants. And it was only 15 mins drive to Naxos town and i believe there is a frequent bus if needed. It was our first trip to Naxos and we will definitely be back and would stay at Sea & Olives in a flash.

Unforgettable Stay – Exceptional Service! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Not only was our room absolutely beautiful—modern, spotless, and so comfortable—but the location was also perfect for exploring Naxos. Everything about our stay was smooth and relaxing. But what truly set this place apart was the incredible service. After we had already left for Mykonos, I realized I had accidentally left my husband's suit in our room. I contacted the hotel in a panic, and they immediately took action. To our amazement, they shipped the suit to us in Mykonos the same day! That kind of dedication and care is beyond rare and shows how much they truly value their guests. Thank you to the entire team—you turned a small crisis into another reason to smile. We’ll absolutely be back and will recommend your hotel to everyone we know!

We stayed at Sea and Olives with our wedding party in Naxos and we could not have asked for a better experience. Once we had ATV’s, the property was not far from Plaka Beach. The suites that we had were spacious for all guests and the facilities were always working. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help in anyway. And the breakfast buffet in the morning had a large variety and catered to all our dietary needs. We will be back!

Nothing - everything was great!

The property is beautiful decorated and in a great location, close to the beach, close to the port and close to the airport. Our room was incredible, so beautiful and so comfortable, with plenty of towels, slippers and a gown. There was a beautiful view of the sunset from our balcony which I loved. The hot tub we had in our room was amazing. Breakfast each morning was great and had a really good selection, couldn’t have asked for more. To top things off our host Stelios was an incredibly kind man who was super attentive to all our needs and was very helpful as well. By far the best customer service I’ve ever received while staying abroad.

The surrounding areas to the property is surrounded by farm land so just be aware sometime it does smell like cow dung.

Stunning apartment, well designed and new, large outdoor area with shallow and deep pools which were perfect combination, also cleaned daily. Outdoor shower which was great when coming back from the beach. Sea view and lovely sunsets. Well equipped kitchen and regular cleaning so had benefits of apartment but also felt like a hotel with bath robes, fresh towels. 15 minute walk to the beach, not too crowded, great selection of restaurants by the beach, relaxing and not built up.

Could not fault the property.

The villa really exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, private, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It had everything we needed and more and we felt so lucky to come back to it everyday. Also the breakfast was a wonderful surprise, cooked beautifully and we were greeted with a happy Kalimera! every morning. Location is also fabulous located conveniently next to the beautiful and lovely Plaka beach. Thank you so much for having us, so pleased we found Sea & Olives!

We stayed here for a week in a 3 bedroom villa which had an amazing pool and outdoor area. Villa was spacious and had everything we needed. We had a rental car so naxos town was a quick 10 minute drive away. Stelios the host wax super friendly and helpful. Would recommend

Breakfast was included, it was fine but would have liked a bit more variety in the hot options.

Very good location and service. 3 minutes ride to the beautiful beach. The appartment and pool were cleaned every day. The appartment was fully equiped (washing machine, tv, ac, iron, microwave...). Really there is no one thing we could wish for. Breakfast was very delicious - combination of local and international. The owner was very nice. He offerd us help with everything. He told us where are the best restaurants, beaches and places to visit. I would recomend this stay to everyone.

The apartment was absolutely immaculate. The decor was really nice, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. The kitchen was well equipped with all you need for light meals if you want to cook and make snakes.. toastie machine blender ect.. The hot tub was clean and well positioned to watch the sunset. It is in a really nice setting with olive and pomegranate trees there is even goats across the road which you can watch play ect. I have stayed in a lot of resorts and hotels around the world but the kindness and service i received from the owner on my trip was the best i had. A really nice taxi was arranged for us to and from the hotel (mercedes & bmw) we was also sent to a different hotel once we checked out to wait for our boat where we could use the pool and shower there. I have never received this before when a room was not free it goes to show how kind and helpful the owner of this hotel is. A bottle of wine is left in the room when you arrive along with fruit and some juice in the fridge. Its the little touches like this that make a stay. It was cleaned every day by a lovely cleaner with fresh towels daily and fresh bedding every two days. It is a maximum of 10minute walk to Plaka beach and the road isnt that busy as some suggested just stick to the side like you would anywhere. We rented a scooter which was delivered to the hotel but lots of people rented cars. I dont think this is necessary a scooter is fine and easier to park ect. Definitely be back here and definitely recommend to anyone.
