We stayed at Anna's Aegean Palace for 5 nights with our two little kids and enjoyed the stay very much! - great breakfast - very friendly staff - cleaning every day - free coffee in the room - free and very comfortable pickup from and to the harbour with two baby seats in a big car in a very good condition - beach is very close We got upgraded to a private poo suite because it was the last week of the season and nobody booked it. Thank you so so much for that! =)

What can I say, absolutely exceptional!! Anna and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group! First of all, we were greeted with happy, smiling faces that made us feel right at home. Whatever they could do to make our stay feel like home, they did with the utmost positivity and professionalism. I could probably write a whole page about how lovely the whole staff were and how great the accommodations were! The upgraded rooms that we stayed in had a mattress that felt like heaven (seriously haven't slept that good in a long time). You are literally a 30 second walk to the beachfront (which is absolutely gorgeous). There are two amazing pools as well with a kiddie pool and a little playground for kids. The food was amazing and the oreo ice cream shake was so yummy! I can't wait to come back again, not only to stay on this beautiful property but also to connect with the amazing staff!

It's a little far from the city center, but the staff is so kind to arrange transport and it's only about a 15 minute drive to the city center. And, even with this, I wouldn't say it's a negative thing because we really loved being in the serene environment of Aegean Palace. If we didn't want to go to the city center, there were a lot of restaurants on the beach that were only about a 5-10 minute walk that were really great and had live music as well as tables to eat on the beach!

Aegean Palace was the perfect resort to relax and enjoy your time in Naxos. The facilities at the resort were great, 2 spacious and very clean pools with loads of sunbeds to use. The food and drinks were reasonably priced. And food was great. Breakfast was great with a large variety of choices. You are literally a footstep away from the beach, the water crystal clear, clean and again with sunbeds- you do need to purchase something from the bar (snack or drink or coffee) to not have to pay for sunbeds on beach but in comparison to what you pay on other islands or beaches it’s nothing. My teenagers loved their time at Aegean and we would definitely go back and highly recommend to family and friends. Great variety of restaurants along the board walk and bus stop into town outside resort you really only need 1 visit into town to have a look around at the souvenir shops and retail shops and visit the Temple of Apollo. The resort also offers transfers for your stay to/from port/airport on your arrival and departure- not many places offer this so really appreciate that. The owner and staff were truly amazing, rooms cleaned daily and were available to assist when needed.

Everything was perfect

The location is amazing if you want to stay by the beach. It's right on a huge stretch of sandy beach, with a ton of restaurants and bars walking distance, and a small supermarket about a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast was also good. The rooms are spacious, although the decor is outdated / cleanliness could've been a bit better. The private beds by the beach are good, with snack/drink service and not too expensive compared to others. Though you need to wake up and go early, as they are not reserved for hotel guests only.

The staff wasn't great - the main guy at reception especially was very unhelpful and quite rude. We had asked for a double bed in December and explained it was our honey moon (bear in mind our reservation was end of July...) and when we arrived, it was 2 beds pushed together. He was unwilling to change it to a double mattress and instead just gave us a double duvet. The kids at the property were super loud the whole time, so it was kind of impossible to sleep/read by the pool. If you mind that, I would look into an adults-only resort.

The room was great in size and shape. Amazing view of the pool and sea. Great sized bathroom and excellent service. Especially at the front desk.

I was incorrectly charged by the cab company for the transfer to the port on my way out when I was affirmed it was included. Unfortunately one of the front desk staff wasn’t well informed and I didn’t want to have an issue with the taxi driver. The bed was very flat and box spring style. It was tough to sleep on. I can’t imagine but the daybed was uncomfortable to even sit on, not that we would but the room slept 3 so this was a rough spot.

Location is excellent, just a few meters from the beautiful Plaka beach. The hotel is just 10 minutes from the airport by taxi, while there is a bus stop very close which can get you to Naxos city quite easily. There are also a few restaurants and a couple of mini markets within walking distance. The hotel itself is pretty, with cozy and nicely-designed room interiors. The staff was very friendly, cheerful, and always helpful. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of healthy and other options, along with a decent coffee machine.

A minimum consumption per parasol is expected at the beach bar, even for hotel guests. The gym is totally outdated and neglected. The treadmill and bicycle were not fully operational, and all other equipment was minimal. Surprisingly, their was no "Do not disturb" door tag available in the room.

All the staff at this hotel are super welcoming, professional and so friendly. They will help you with anything you need. The hotel is clean, quiet and very comfortable. The beachside location is perfect, with a bus to take you to city center. Would absolutely recommend, and we would definitely come back!

One thing to improve, would be the breakfast. It has a good selection of hot and cold dishes, but if you arrive after 09:30 it is very empty and they don’t refill very fast. We expressed this concern to staff to improve.

The pool, sun lounges, and buffet breakfast were amazing. My room includes a small jacuzzi on the balcony over looking the pool which was very luxurious. The bed was comfy and the TV allowed you to sign into your own Netflix / Prime accounts for those times when you just needed to chill. Location on Plaka beach was fantastic for me to access the restaurants and beaches I wanted. There was a bus stop 200m from the hotel with a QR code that provides the information in English and timetables for those that want to explore more of the island without using a car / scooter. Free transfers to and from port were really appreciated.

I was very keen for a great workout in the gym but it was very basic. The cardio equipment is very outdated and only the bike worked well enough for use. The weights, kettle bells etc were adequate though. The shower in my room didn’t have great pressure through the rainfall shower head but the handheld shower head did and was more than adequate.

Had a lovely time! Anna was so helpful in checking in. The view was gorgeous, and we truly enjoyed the compound. Lovely beach and the pools were divine. Delicious food and drinks.

We did have one frustrating experience. We are young women and had a server who would not stop hitting on us. He probably came up to us six or seven times throughout our stay (including talking to us when we were on our room's balcony) and we were doing our best to be nice, but it was way too much. We finally just had to be up front with him. Everything else was amazing, but that made us uncomfortable.

The room we were given exceeded expectations, it was very modern but still comfortable. Any issues the staff sorted it straight away. the breakfast selection was pretty good...although I would have liked a range or fruits as it was all very heavy.

The only thing I can say is the location. It's on the most beautiful beach, and it doesn't feel busy at all (which some people would love, so this wouldn't be a negative for everybody). I just felt sometimes at night that the bars and restaurants were a little empty, but you can easily get a bus into Chora.
