The hotel is very clean and in the perfect location on the beach!

The beds are very hard. The blankets are small they need a better comforter.

An excellent location, just across the road from Plaka beach that just seems to go on forever. The hotel is easilly accessable from Naxos Town as it's the very last stop on route 1. A perfect location if you want a beach holiday. The pool is big enough for all guests and includes a childrens pool and spa pool, the only downside is the unattractive fencing around the pool, although we understand why it's there. A very nice pool bar with polite and attentive staff. The reception was open 24/7 and is managed by efficient and extremly helpful staff. Top marks girls, you're 100%.

The cooked breakfast option always seemed to be lukewarm at best, regardless of what time you were there. Of course wherever you stay you are going to be incovenienced by other guests, whether being rowdy or just plain obnoxious. This hotel is no different but this is no fault of the staff, they have to suffer in silence along with other guests.

The pool was big and clean. The pool area was quiet with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. It was a very short walk across the road to Plaka beach and slightly longer walk to some excellent tavernas. The bus into Naxos went from outside the ghotel every half hour and we could hire a card by the day direct from the hotel. th ehotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast lacked imagination. Would have liked more nuts and seeds and fresh fruit and more changes in the menu - it was pretty much the same everyday. Bathroom was quite small and a bit outdated.

We enjoyed it beyond our expectations. The facilities were great and the staff was superb. They were exceptionally helpful, pleasant, accommodating, and professional. We loved our room and our balcony. The breakfasts are more than adequate and tasty. The pools were wonderful. The bar, snack bar, and market met all of our needs and wishes. The setting is ideal for us (maybe too quiet for some tastes, but great for us).

I suppose because I am American, I find the "no electricity" policy a bit frustrating. I completely understand why they don't want air conditioners running while no one is in the room. However, it would be nice to be able to charge small electronics, toothbrushes, Kindles,etc. while out at the beach or pool.

Such kind and hard-working staff, great pool, great bar with (again) exceptional service. And the beach front, wow, they work hard to bring drinks and food to the beach front chairs and I really appreciated their tireless service, especially since some of my fellow clientele were rude to them! I told them off and gave them an earful for daring to disrespect such wonderful staff. If you're a presumptive guest, check yourself! They are working hard in the sun for you!

It's very family-oriented at this hotel, so if you're looking for a quiet day by the pool you won't find it here.

Great hotel, very helpful staff. Rooms were a good size and clean. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbours tv but the AC drowns it out. Lovely pool area and you can rent a car right at the hotel. Very convenient bus stop at the hotel and a store on site. Beach spot is beautiful and close to some good restaurants. Breakfast included but was medium. Careful walking at night it’s a bit dark so bring a flashlight! Great stay overall.

Hotel is situated ¾ of the way down Plaka beach – at the quieter end. It’s right at the end of a regular bus journey into Naxos Town and the buses run every half hour. The whole road towards Naxos is lined with bars and tavernas – so you are never short of choice – and walking down the sunset beach to dinner is joy we will take home with us. The hotel is literally on the beach. It has a large swimming pool – and kiddies pool and a bubble pool. There are plenty of loungers round the grassy pool area which looks out over the beautiful sea scape. Down on the beach, the hotel has a big area of sunbeds. There’s a great little bar – with a good menu for lunch. The staff are all friendly and hard-working. That goes for the whole place- from the helpful receptionists to the very efficient maid. Fresh towels for the room and the beach were delivered daily. The room was spacious and comfortable – we had a first floor room with a balcony overlooking the sea which is much to be recommended. The aircon is very welcome. Michael Tsamouras, a holistic masseur therapist offers treatment by appointment at the hotel – quite simply the best massage I’ve ever had! Overall – a very high recommendation from us.

You get charged 15 Euros a day for a pair of sunbeds (that’s the cheapest we found on the beach) but there’s no concession offered for hotel residents. Other very small gripe is the bar plays the radio rather than a decent play list which doesn’t quite accord with the kind of post beach atmosphere we enjoy.

Idyllic, quiet location to get away from it all. Super friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room. Comfy bed. Generous AC outlets. Nice breakfast. Wonderful pools. Lots of lounging chairs. Awesome beach right across the road. Small market on site. Straightforward bus ride to town for cheap.

Small shower. Room lights were very bright. No decaf coffee. Some breads were put in a heated bin which dried them out.

The place was peaceful and relaxing, not too crowded yet, as we stayed in the beginning of June.The bar and restaurant staff was friendly and smiley, and the reception welcoming and helping. There was a small shop in the hotel which was very convenient especially that you could buy bus tickets there (and the bus stop was just in front) The buses ran every hour till evening. The sun umbrellas at the beach were not included in the room rate, but the rate was reasonable.

the location on the beach was amazing! the room was a bit outdated but a comfortable size. the breakfast was pretty good.

the staff wasn't too friendly, the bathroom was so small to shower in, it felt outdated, bed was not comfortable. the pool bar staff was not great and the food was just not good.
