Plaka beach is nice place, good sound isolation between rooms, but fake photos of accommodation in Booking isn't good practice. Place is OK, but it doesn't look like at all how in photos, not inside and not outside. Even computer graphic with a building what isn't built yet.

We spent 2 summer at this place. This accommodation is very well located close to Plaka beach, on of the most, if not the most, beautiful beaches on the island. It is spotless clean, newly renovated and very comfortable. They clean the apartment and change the towels daily. The balcony is huge and has a very nice view of the sea. Plenty of restaurants just nearby, 1 min to the bus station to take you to Chora if you want to explore. An amazing choice for a reasonable budget in what I consider the best part of the island.

Beautiful, modern, comfortable room, newly reconstructed, designers' furnishing, big terrace. We loved it. Pictures correspond with reality. Close to everything - beach, restaurants, supermarket, car hire, boat trips, bus stop - all walking distance. Plaka beach is more quite beach in comparison to beaches close to Hora, but it has everything. Beach is few kilometers long and sandy, it's too long to walk from one end to another and there are seats to rent. Room is in apartment house which is also reconstructed. Nice garden around. Accommodation is serving breakfast but we didn't try, we got our breakfast from supermarket. They have professional coffee machine and make excellent coffee. Host lives in premises and is always available.

The view is indeed to parking lot but it didn't disturb us in any way. Parking is not busy and you can't see cars, when you sit around beautiful wooden big table. There's a sea view on the side, sea is about 100 m away. I would not be put away with this at all.

The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to the beach! The apartment was big and comfortable and very clean. The staff very polite and supportive. And maybe the best coffee in the area 😉

The only thing was that the description of the apartment in booking.com was as “2-bedroom apartment”, but only one bedroom was separated, the other one was together with the kitchen area. I’d prefer a harder mattress, but this is subjective.

Arrived to a lovley little family run complex, 2 min walk to the beach. The owners greeted us with water and a beer for my husband, so generous. We had fresh towles every day, beds made. We stayed in the Junior Suite. Its brand new and very nice. So comfortable. The bed and pillowd are amazing. Best yet in Greece. We didn't use the air con, but did sleep with the over head fan on one night. What a dream. We were brought fresh coffee and breakfast to our room every morning about 9.30. And because we traveled light we didn't bring beach towels, but that wasn't a problem when I asked if they could provide. We will most certainly be back. Loved our relaxing trip to Naxos.

Lovely hotel with a nice terrace offering a beautiful sea view. Cozy room and comfortable bed, modern and stylish design. The owners are very nice, and the location is perfect. Fair price for what you get—highly recommended!

The location of the Villa was great and very close to the beach. The room was spotless, with a nice sea view and equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, offering both savoury and sweet options. Manolis, the host, was really friendly and definitely made our stay more memorable!

the location was great and a 1 minute walk from maragas/plaka beach! easy access to severest beach bars for the day time! and only a 14 minute drive to the chora (main town of Naxos) also up the street from the bus stop which runs every 30 minutes ! property was fully renovated and rooms were cleaned every morning !

would be nice to eventually to have a larger common space with chairs/tables lounging furniture

The rooms are not only aesthetically pleasing but also brand new. The cleanliness is commendable, and the staff is courteous and helpful. Situated very close to the beach, the location is convenient for exploring all the nearby attractions. The proximity to public transportation ensures easy mobility for those without personal means of transport on the island.

We spent a night and the rooms were spotless and brand new. In an excellent location, it's conveniently close to everything, putting everything at your fingertips without needing transportation. The hotel had also an easy and free parking space. Staff was helpful, making it definitely worth a visit. Also, noteworthy is their wallet-friendly approach.
