The location was lovely. Away from the city but a quick drive. Plenty of room to park your rental car. Each room had a balcony and my room was a corner room with a larger balcony. There were nice shops and restaurants near by and lovely walks in the neighborhood. The room was spacious and comfy bed.

The breakfast was very heavy on bread products and only 1 warm dish. I went down at different times and the food was always low on most items or run out by 10am. Breakfast was served until 1030am. If there was fresh fruit or something other than tiny egg dish. However, it was free, so I enjoyed lots of honey and yogurt! There was a weird smell from my bathroom but I just kept bathroom window open and door closed.

The property was good,l located for the purpose we travel. We travelled to have a visit to the San Lucas hospital.

The room for three people was extremely small but expensive. We chose the hotel due to my son's surgery, to be near of hospital but he wasn't comfortable. We could hear everything happening outside the room, and we were afraid that other people could hear our son in pain. The breakfast was very poor, no tomato or cucumber, just some olive. The room's lack of soundproofing was concerning.

To be fair, it is an old hotel located in a nice and safe suburb of Thessaloniki, situated uphill and surrounded by pine trees. The distance from the city center is about 20 minutes by car, give or take, depending on traffic, and around 15 minutes from Kalamaria. The facilities are old, and the rooms are more or less renovated. There is a slight smell coming from the bathroom sewer. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear everything. However, the bathroom is comfortably sized. The room was cleaned daily. The one we stayed in was small, but since we only used it overnight, it was sufficient. The breakfast was fair—nothing extraordinary. It seemed like they served pastries from Lidl, and there was a little bit of everything available. Overall, the hotel is not expensive or uncomfortable, but it’s far from superb. We noticed many business travelers staying there. The reception was open when we arrived, and they also allowed us to check out a little later, which was appreciated.

The hotel is situated in a nice, quiet area, near the bus stop. It is easily accessible, it also has very nice service, we especially enjoyed the rich breakfast. The room had just enough space for two people, and some basic amenities, it was not luxurious but enough for our kind of travel: we used the hotel as a base to visit some places near (and far!) from Thessaloniki. Recommended for the traveler who want to explore the area.

The rooms were not exactly soundproof, we could hear practically everything that was going on to the hallway. Also, the building needs a bit of renovation especially in the elevator and the outside back walls of the hotel. Keep also in mind that if you are traveling by car, the hotel parking may not have enough seats available.

A small cosy hotel in the area well known by the locals. There is a lovely fish taverna within 7min walking distance from the hotel. The Receptionist lady recommended me the venue and it was really good. The room was small but all clean and cosy.

It would be better had the breakfast been offering a bit more options. The location is not easy to find, therefore, having a navigation or a taxi driver should be a solution.

It is a 3*hotel situated in a nice suburb of Thessaloniki called Panorama (on the hill). There are quite a few nice restaurants nearby (I can recommend Mantarini roastery&more located just a short walk from the hotel which offers steaks/burgers/salads - really nice food and service was great, the owner was so kind that she even gave me her own grandma's recipe for a traditional greek orange cake :-). There are also cafés and shops in the area and a nice park just across the street where locals seem to go for a morning jog. Hotel offers everything you would expect from a 3* hotel. Room was a nice size for a family of 4, clean and comfortable. AC was working really well as temperatures outside were around 40 degrees during our 2-day stay. Hotel has a parking area and offers also service of pick-up/drop-off at the airport if you are travelling by plane. Selection for breakfast was not vast but you could choose. Overall it was good value for money.

Furniture and equipment was a little bit outdated, but again nothing that surprised me for a 3*hotel.

The staff was great, very comfortable beds, clean and comfy linens and great view. You can find nearby stores with everything you need.

The walls were dirty, and so was the shower cabin on the outside. The shower faucet was very old and rusty. The breakfast lacked any kind of vegetables. We had a triple room, and I had the impression that they actually fitted a one person bed there a minute before we arrived. There was no room to open the dresser, and you could barely go from the door to the balcony. The hotel is 20 minutes away from the city.

Quiet location but near enough the airport. Good shower. Quick check-in. We didn‘t use breakfast, so can‘t comment. Overall a good impression about cleanliness and equipment. Would book again.

Reception helped us with a taxi but overall they seemed not very friendly. No eye contact, no smile, just the basics and also a little bit ironic. But nothing serious altogether.

Soba za cetvoro, komforna velika , okolo sumica , parking besplatan ispred hotela . Dorucak pristojan . Mi smo samo prespavali i ujutru isli dalje za to je bilo odlicno. Hotel je star i vidi se da je nekada bio luksuzan u lepom kraju grada .

Hotel je zasluzio renoviranje , roletne i zavese nisu bas ciste ali sve drugo je bilo ok .

In short - all of it! Great location, friendly staff, clean, efficient amenities. I got a great recommendation from the receptionist to dine at La Luna - a ten minute walk; fabulous food and a a fantastic view out over Thessaloniki!
