This is a wonderful older hotel built in the 'grand style'. It's located in a lovely elevated area outside of Thessaloniki, and it's close to the airport. The view from the dining room patio where we had breakfast, and from our rooms was fabulous. It even included a sunset! During our trip to Greece, we stayed twice at the hotel - the first time for three nights and the second time for only one night as we were flying out in the morning. During our first stay we enjoyed the breakfasts, which were wonderful with ample hot and cold choices. On the second stay, we were given a packed breakfast since we didn't have time for a sit down meal. This was unexpected and so helpful. Parking was right in front of the entrance, and the staff were exceptional. As I have already mentioned, the hotel is not new, and there are a few quirks that have top do with its age, but these are small things given how enjoyable everything else was.

Very kind employees, they made us feel very good from the moment we arrived. It is clear that they are people with a lot of experience. The rooms are clean, quite large (I was with a 1-year-old baby). We had a balcony and a view of the sea and it was beautiful, especially in the evening/night. The breakfast was varied and you are sure to find something to your liking. Parking spaces are free and you can practically park wherever you find a space on the street. The furniture is old but in good condition and clean. The rooms are well soundproofed, I did not hear any noise from the neighbors. It was a pleasant experience, I will come back if I have the chance.

I did not like the fact that the TV was not smart.

The staff at the hotel are first class. Very welcoming, approachable, professional and friendly. Always there when you need something. You could feel the strong bonds between the hotel staff, like a family. The panoramic view of Thessaloniki from the hotel is simple stunning and I was very much enthralled by it. You can see from the airport on the left, all the way over to the city centre on the right. And on a clear day you can see Mt. Olympus in the distance. The rooms were well furnished and the hotel was decorated for Greek Easter, with some unexpected Easter treats in the room when we arrived. I also loved the collection of team memorabilia, who have stayed in the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay again. In fact I would visit Thessaloniki, just to stay in the hotel again!

We were traveling as a family, with a child and a dog. There were no issues during check-in, accommodation, or our stay. The staff was friendly and courteous. Moreover, we received a free room upgrade and were given connected rooms, which significantly improved the quality of our stay at the hotel. The view from the room is beyond words — it truly needs to be seen in person to be appreciated. That's why we’ll definitely be coming back again.

In one of the rooms, there was an unpleasant smell, but opening the windows solved the issue within a few hours.

I booked at Panorama for its location near nature and hiking trails, something impossible qt the heart of Thessalonoki. The room had this awesome 180+ degrees, unobstructed high view and balcony of the city sea and themountains looming at the horizon. The bed was very comfortable and, the bathroom includes a bath, the breakfast was generous. The staff also made a big differznce as they are professional locals which do their best, esp. Sakis.

The hotel has some old or not modern amenities, but only a few and not important things like the taps of the sink or no direct usb sockets. I felt there was few ac sockets (but u can disconnect the table lamp and put yr chargers. Also the place (area) does not have many good (i mean varried) shops but basic like coffee, supermarkets, gardening, pharmacies... But nothing of major concern, the area is quiet, not many cars, and nore relaxing than the town

The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. I received a very warm welcome upon arrival, I was needing to travel on my birthday on my own to Thessaloniki to take one of our dogs to a specialist veterinary hospital and the staff immediately spotted that and were very kind and generous and made a great effort to make it a special evening. Arthur on reception was especially excellent and made a point of enquiring about my dog's progress and was very friendly throughout my week long. Breakfast was very good, and the restaurant and room service both very good. Very comfortable room (Superior Room) and the view across the city and out to sea was absolutely stunning. The area where the hotel is located (Panorama) is a very smart residential suburb, so a very nice location, easy to get to and parking was never a problem.

I was not unhappy with anything.

The view is spectacular. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms exceptionally clean. The facilities inside the room are also great.

The breakfast needs an overhaul. The selection really isn't great. The pineapple served was off. A lot of the food sits uncovered, so you'll see the birds pecking the biscuits or the bread. They also really need to invest in a new toaster - it's the same toaster that was there when I last visited in Novmber, with 2 slots not working. This means only 2 slices can be toasted at any time and it takes 6/7 minutes. The staff on reception are amazing as well as the housekeepers and bell staff. Some of the staff working in the restaurant are quite rude and a abrupt.

We come to Panaroma Hotel as my husband is,a patient at St Lukes down the road. The staff are attentive and helpful. A big shout out to Harileni (waitress). Since we have known her from last year. Still remembers the little things that matter to us. She is professional kindzand attention to detail. We could book the hotel down in the town. BUT we keep coming back for the family that it is. See ypu next week.

ONLY this time...... all our starters n main arrived at same time. We were trying to have a lovely evening before diagnosis next day but it was ruined. We are still booked in for next time. As we belive one of best in the area for us

I had an early flight (6am) from Thessaloniki and from the hotel, it was a ten minutes drive to the airport. I had a spacious room on the forth floor with an oversized bedroom and a sea view. It was so good, I decided to have dinner on the balcony: a huge portion of chicken sticks, a Caesar salad and a bottle of wine at very reasonable price. Everyone was really friendly: a concierge checking that my car was correctly parked, Thea at the restaurant showing me the available tables on the terrace and later bringing food to the room, another concierge talking to me in a basic Italian during the early check out. Bag breakfast (fruit, sandwich, a piece of homemade cake).

At the time I was at the hotel, two new buildings were under construction, which made the view from the restaurant terrace unpleasant. The restaurant has no AC (it is a huge space connected with the terrace without any apparent closure).

On our way back from south Greece we had the same lovely experience, therefore I will re-stated the same opinion I had on our previous visit here: “We are returning customers because of the very friendly and polite personnel, the nice & large rooms and the excellent location that comes along with our travel plans. Need to mention that we are usually traveling with our 6 years English Cocker Spaniel and that guy was treated extremely well!”
