The staff is exceptionality good and the rooms spotless in terms of cleanliness.

Single bed had two mattresses that separated in the middle. Also very hot to sleep in the night, no a/c.

The payment link sent in advance made me wary. It turned out to be fine but I didn’t feel comfortable that the payment was not handled by Booking

Modern design, large bathroom, terrace. Good downtown location, easy walk to beach, restaurants, shopping etc.

Room only had one small window/door and was quite dark. Breakfast was ok, but the lack of flexibility on when it is delivered is a downside.

I stayed 1 night and had a very early flight. Usually, the breakfast is served 9:30-10:00 and I had to leave by 6:30. They game me a breakfast package the evening before and thus I could have my breakfast before leaving early☺️ highly appreceate it!!

I loved it - so clean, great shower , microwave fridge etc if want to make a light meal- 5 mins walk from main square. -been to Thessaloniki 4 times and this was the cleanest most modern place I’ve stayed and def will Stay again if I return - staff also friendly and a gym and roof garden if you require

Nothing tbh - they don’t do sit down breakfast, but you can choose to have a box delivered - I didn’t because you can make your own breakfast if you wish as there is facilities in your room and a supermarket round the corner or plenty of places near by too eat-

Good location near city center. Clean rooms. Quick response from reception all the time. My "neighbor" smoke inside his/her room (my bathroom smelled like an old pub) but the staff solved it promptly. Rooms are generous with space and I was lucky that my window wasn't to the street.

They don't ask about your breakfast request (allergies, intolerance...). Gym is room with treadmill and rower and 3 pairs of some nonpractical weights. I can imagine to place a rack there to enhance workout possibilities.

The room was comfortable and very functional

The price is too high if you consider that apart from the room you have to pay 14euros for parking plus 10 euros at least for breakfast. This price is similar to good hotels that offer both free parking and breakfast.

The hotel is new, centrally located and beautifully decorated. The receptionists were very helpful 👌and kind.

Breakfast is just fair. Location is a little far from key locations in Thessaloniki.

Hotel is very centrally located in Thessaloniki. Main door can be accessed with room card. Room is spacious and sparkling clean. We had the luck to have a room at the back side, so no noise disturbances. Great shower and kitchen with refrigerator. Gym is available, but small. Didn’t communicate that much with staff, but they are friendly.

The hotel is fine, but also not exceptional. Some things that can be improved: - Our room heating was randomly turning on to a very high temperature, making it feel like a sauna. - Gym is fine but small, with only a rowing machine, abs bench and cycle + kettle bells + soft floor - Finish (details) like painting not that neat and felt a bit sloppy, e.g. elevator and hallways. Hallway on fifth floor felt empty and unfinished (?) - No breakfast
