I select Hotel Ambassador whenever traveling from/to Thessaloniki Airport! The desk service is outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel's location is perfect, offering easy access to the airport (10 minutes) while still being peaceful. The view from the hotel to city and airport is simply stunning, especially at sunset. Rooms are air conditioned and there is a pool with bar and restaurant with service until late night. And the breakfast? Absolutely delicious with a large variety to choose from. Everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be returning!

Nothing to complain about the hotel at all. When taking a taxi from/to the airport it is important not to agree to a fixed price with taxi drivers but have them switch on the meter when traveling from/to the airport. I did not and was asked to pay an inappropriate amount of 20€, which I learned is more than twice the usual rate.

Our time here was fabulous and it was just for one night as we had an early flight the next morning. This family run hotel was well looked after. We got a room upgrade with a balcony facing Thessaloniki and the the distant airport. Rooms were clean and very well maintained. The pool was large and had excellent staff to accomodate guests who ordered food and drinks. George, the owner had great knowledge of the surrounding suburb of Pereia and where to eat. He arranged a packed breakfast for us the following morning. We were impressed with this stay.

Friendly check in staff. Family rooms were very spacious & clean with 2 bedrooms. Had no food & a very short stay so don’t know about anything else

Lobby area was very depressing & looked like it was full of random mismatched furniture from a second hand shop. Pool area was closed as out of season, which is fine, but needs to look a bit tidier for then. People in room next door made a lot of noise arriving about 2am, presumably from the airport. We were supposed to get takeaway breakfast for an early flight but could find no one or get in the lobby at 6am, so had to give up

The hotel has a big and well maintained swimming pool, the rooms are cleaned every day and it feels that the staff are doing their job to keep the whole place in order. The food is well prepared. The EV chargers at the front of the hotel.

The breakfast is boring and very simple, the staff is not very friendly, especially the ones serving at the pool. The room's furniture is old and squeaky. It definitely needs a refreshed look. The location is far away from the beach. The hotel accepts anyone at the pool so be prepared to have a crowded and noisy poolside, especially in the weekends.

Breakfast was very good, much choice, fresh but coffee making machine was out of order on our stay and was being fixed. Once fixed the coffee was fine. Location for us was perfect. Out of Thessaloniki, rural area or what is left of it and near airport road. Still beautiful views towards the sea, city far off and agriculture rolling hills. Hotel was very well laid out with adequate parking and very well landscaped, so a soft environment unlike other places we stayed along our travel. Pool area was also nice, clean, intimate and quiet area behind the hotel. Would highly recommend it. Staff were polite and friendly. Pet friendly too.

Sometimes you could hear motorbikes passing that were loud, otherwise the hotel as a place was peaceful setting.

My family and I stayed for an overnight during our trip from Thessaloniki to Frankfurt. We booked a family room for. Our room was quite spacious, with two bedrooms, very clean, very clean bedsheets and towels and some sweets and water bottles were offered free of charge. The bathroom was spacious and clean. We also had comfortable beds and a very good night sleep. If you bring your own car, there is parking area within the hotel free of charge where you can park it near your room. Front office staff was very polite. Area is perfect if you are travelling early in the morning from the near SKG airport.

There was nothing I did not like. Only comment is that air-condition system could be better.

The staff were nice and friendly to us. I loved the pool side, the balcony in the rooms were nice and the AC in my room worked great. I also like that the hotel was able to arrange a birthday cake for me at a fee.

I didn’t like the toilet and bathroom. They are old and need to be renovated. The breakfast was repetitive and became boring after the 2nd day. The cleaning of our bathroom wasn’t done properly.

Everything was fantastic. The staff is incredibely nice and polite, from the people on the reception to the waiters in the bar at the pool. The room was always clean, the pool area is amazing, and the breakfast was very rich. Food at the bar/restaurant is not expensive, especially considering the very large portions, and its very delicious. Also, everytime we ordered something to drink we got a bag of chips or peanuts and a bottle of water for free. Would absolutely recommend, and we cant wait to come back here.

Location: We chose this hotel for airport proximity, and it was very convenient, straightforward, short drive there with no traffic. It is also just a few min drive from the seaside (Perea) with tons of good tavernas, bars, lively night life. Hotel surroundings are green, hilly, and quiet, very nice overall. Service: Great service, quick help with all requests. Breakfast: Fantastic breakfast with many different options and great coffee. Rooms: we rented two connecting rooms, they were very comfortable, nicely appointed, clean, quiet, with comfortable beds. Great WiFi and temperature control. We had very restful sleep before the flight.

Everything was as expected, or even better.

Room was big and clean, bathroom floor was not cold. Restaurant food was not overpriced and tasted good. Pool also looked really nice, but we were to late to go for a swim.

The lazyness of the admin staff not to write new card pockets for room keys. Mine looked like it had seen much better days and used 10 times maybe. I felt that I must wash my hands as soon as possible. But that was the only negative thing.
