We liked everything - the pools are lovely and not overcrowded. Selection and quality of food for breakfast was superb. All staff were friendly, efficient and attentive. All areas were spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable.

The Maisonette we stayed in was fabulous, however there was a bit of noise from the road. We were quite a long way from the entrance with quite a lot of steps to climb to get to our room, but have to say the very accommodating reception staff did offer an alternative for us and in fairness we should have mentioned our mobility issue when we booked, so not their fault.

Amazing welcome with friendly, helpful staff. Nothing was too much for them and anything we wanted they would accommodate. Accommodation and facilities were outstanding. Exceptionally clean and well decorated. Breakfast plentiful with a lot of choice and again if we wanted anything in particular they would get this for us. Location excellent with lovely tavernas and shops on the doorstep

Good buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. Staff very friendly, helpful and keen to do anything to make your stay as good as possible.

The bath and shower in our apartment were combined and showing their age a little. Would have preferred a separate shower.

I had a wonderful holiday on the island of Crete and was truly very pleased with the hotel I stayed at. The hotel was extremely comfortable and stylish; both the rooms and the common areas were thoughtfully designed and very well maintained. The pool was crystal clear and quite spacious, making it a perfect spot to relax at any time of day. The food was truly a feast; there was a great variety, and everything was fresh and carefully prepared. What I loved most was the friendly, kind, and helpful attitude of the staff. I truly felt very special. Also, the crystal-clear and deep blue sea of Crete made this holiday even more special.

Great location, staff friendly, nice spacious apartments with air con and good facilities in the rooms.. Spa if you like to use this. Two pools plus an indoor one if you like.

Only negative for us really - A lot of people were leaving towels and books etc on the sunbeds at the 2nd pool at the back apartments and especially the more comfortable ones with sun canopies to keep them all day and a couple of couples for the whole time we were there. They even did this when they left for 2 or 3 hours for lunch and some left towels and books on them overnight. Not fair at all on all the other paying guests especially at this busy time of year! Some people don't want to sunbathe for 14 hours a day but an hour or 2 would be nice. 😊 TV was out of date and not working in our apartment. Shower head was in the wrong location in the bath and was not behind the shower screen so water went on floor.

We stayed in the apartment with the pool reach from balcony. Very clean, the bedroom is located somehow downstairs so it is cool and quiet so it was perfect for us (especially at noon when we had the baby sleep and outside people were at the pool). Staff and service - excellent! Breakfast was rich and delicious, location very spacious. It has also a gym and spa which is another plus. Very child friendly with a dedicated spot for diverse child activities during certain hours. Definitely recommend for families! And beach is nearby.

what a wonderful relaxing stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was varied and lovely. Crete is a beautiful place with lovely kindhearted locals . Since returning back to work after a really relaxing stay, when work starts turning up the pressure I close my eyes and sit in the morning sun staring out at the pool with a really flavourful cup of coffee, until I feel the calmness return that this wonderful place brought to my life and then I open my eyes and try not to get too disheartened. Thank you for such a lovely trip with memories that help me get through the dreary London weather.

The Breakfast was good. Location 90 Minutes away from Chania Airport. Taxi Costa 100 Euro. 5 Minutes Walking Distance to the beach. Stores and Restaurants opens longer until 10 pm. Nice experience. People are chill relax and really friendly. Weather perfect.

The staff are so kind and professional. I also loved that there were so many places to eat and shop within a short walk. I also enjoyed the breakfast and how clean the facilities were, from the lobby to the rooms.
