The hotel is an honest three stars. The outdoor pool is big and deep, you can really swim in it. The receptionists are 10 out of 10. The sea is 100 meters away.

There is a construction site next to the hotel - construction equipment is working, so it is noisy, but when we asked to move us to a quieter room, they provided another room where it was quiet. Sunbeds are free only near the pool. You have to pay separately for sunbeds on the beach and for beach towels. Due to construction, the parking lot has been moved under the windows of the rooms, which does not add convenience, since residents slam their car doors at different times of the day and night.

We liked the spacious family room, the pool, the beach directly in the front of the hotel. The restaurant offers good breakfast and for extra charge half board. For lunch there is a wide range of snacks (salads, tortillas, burgers and more) to aceptable price. Its wery nice, to have a breakfast or dinner in the restaurant with view on the see, even the sunset can be enjoyed during dinner. We liked, that the hotel is relatively familiar, becuase it is not so big, there were everytime free sunbeds or other equipments we needed. Near the hotel there are tavernas, car rental stations and supermarkets. The old town of rethymno is very nice with shops and good tavernas and the trip there takes by taxi (10€) just 10-15 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful, everything is clean. Good price value ratio.

The room was quite new or renovated, nevertheless there are some loosend equipments in the bathroom. In the kitchen there are not any cutlerys and only some cups. The sunbeds at the beach cost 10-15€ per day (2 beds) extra.

The hotel is located in a quiet area but very close to supermarkets and restaurants. It's great that they don't have many rooms so the beach and pool area was never crowded, that was a big plus for us! It has its own beach which is nice but keep in mind that it's quite rocky and you'll definitely need some sea shoes. The rooms are comfortable and soundproof, it was great that the room was equipped with a coffee machine. The staff was nice and helpful.

At breakfast and dinner there were not too many options to choose from especially at breakfast and unfortunately after 2-3 days it becomes very boring to eat the same things so it would be nice if there were more variety in foods. They clean your room everyday even if you don't want to, but they only give you shower gel and shampoo if you ask for it, otherwise they don't automatically refill it. We booked one of the most expensive rooms with half board and then got told that we had to pay for the sunbeds at the coast because "those sunbeds are not inclueded in the package". We didn't quite understand it because in which package would it be included if not in one of the most expensive ones? It would also be nice if they put some armchairs or a couch in the rooms.

Great location a few meters from pool and beach. Beach chairs were extra, even though hotel owned them. The front desk staff (Manoli and Adoni) went out of there way to answer to our needs. And restaurant staff were amazing, sorry i forgot there names. Overall a great place to stay close to restaurants and 10 min to the town of Rethymno.

Even if you order drinks or food from the hotel’s restaurant on the beach, they will still charge you for the chairs.

Location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The pool is clean and well maintained. Breakfast had many options to choose. People are friendly and helpful.

The air condition is badly positioned in the room, above the bed. We had to switch it off during the night and turn it on again, when became to hot in the room.

Very well located place: right close to the beach/sea, with cozy garden inside hotel yard. On the street side many very close located taverns/cafes for dining or even for early breakfast, bakery, shops, supermarkets, car rents. We had 121 No - a simplest two-single-beds room, totally renewed. The view to east- side onto neighbor's area's wall-fence, but that makes comfort to have more silence in surrounding to rest. Terrace/balcony has enough space: there is table w. 3 chairs and also the drying rack :) Inside - many lightning options. Available additional coach. Dining table w. 3 chairs. One spacey wardrobe. On kitchen side: a kettle and coffeemaker and a fridge (that had mostly inconsistent freezing) , no stove, no water tap. Bathroom small but compatible- only missing place to hang or lay some under-wear or other stuff. Guests need to bring their own shower, shampoo, cap etc.- very minimal supplement of this. Iron is available by personal request :) For catering -separate pavillion/building with very attractive view directly yo sea/beach. Breakfast was only 2 hours (8-10:00) - not convenient for a sleeper till late. And last hour almost all occupied though we were on very beginning of season and there were not many guests, so I hardly imagine, how this is at peek of the season. The food choice is simple but quite various.

our room overlooked the pool and the beach, the room was excellent with the best air con we have had on any holiday. The pool was unheated but with Crete being so hot its not needed. The pool has two sections one for toddlers and one for adults, the adult section goes from 1.3m deep to over 2.0m so is great for swimmers and non swimmers. The beach is next to the restaurant and is gravel which is very difficult to walk on so beach shoes are a must.

To find something we didn't like about the hotel is very difficult, as we thought it was excellent

Location and cleanliness

Not one single drawer in the room and only one small wardrobe and largely unusable shelves. I had clothes on the work surface and in the case. Food for the evening meals not good value at €20per person for limp, warm, tasteless food, only ate there once.

Poor design in the rooms no drawers for clothes cupboards were really low or really high . Not great to use . Unable to hang any dresses as it was too small

our room was overlooking the sea which was great, service was first class, with all staff having smiley faces pool was great for swimmers and none swimmers

our room was not available until the following day so not very happy
