Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room tidying was done daily and towels changed every other day. The room and balcony were spacious for a couple. Pillows were thick and the beds were nice and firm (although they made quite a squeaking noise). Breakfast lobby and pool area were also spacious and pool was very clean. The location was great: beach pathway was right at the hotel entrance, variety of restaurants, bars and a supermarket as well the bus stop for getting to the city centre near by.

Breakfast wasn't the best for our taste. Scrambled eggs were available only on 2 early mornings and after running out it wasn't filled with eggs but something that seemed like dinner left overs (can't confirm though!). We would have liked more options on eg. delicious fresh fruits instead of jams, jellies and super sweet pastries which had plenty of options to choose from. Shower drain and toilet didn't flush perfectly in our room. It felt a bit uncomfortable that even short showering caused pooling and the toilet some times had to be flushed several times.

Stuff is nice. Private parking. Nice swimming pool and very cosy and beautiful territory. 300 m away the beach with sun beds and umbrellas (but to tell the truth we spent there only one day, Crete has much more attractive beaches). We had economy studio - the room on ground floor, very big and nice, most of the time it’s under the shade. The best thing - air condition - it’s installed just above the door and it’s not blowing directly to your head when you sleep (actually it’s the first time for me when it’s not located just above the bed or in front of the bed). Quite big fridge. There are all necessary dishes for cooking. Cleaning every day. Stable hot water, good shower. Big cloth dryer at the balcony.

The balcony wasn’t cleaned - only after our asking they did it. No salt, dish liquid, soap - I’m absolutely sure that other tenants leave some leftovers, because everybody buys it every time. It’s 4 km from Rhetimno, sounds very close, but driving is permanent traffic jam there. There is bus 20 , I guess it goes to Rhetimno, but every time I saw it it was overcrowded, I’m not sure it’s nice trip. Absence of wi-fi at the balcony. And mattress - I couldn’t sleep first night, it is too soft, but later I used to it and slept well. To tell the truth - there were no things which are really negative or bad, it’s just small inconvenience.

Reception in special Andreas,Evangelia and Peter. Very helpful and friendly. The cleaning lady also with good intention. The garden boy very polite. Position ,very close to the beach. The pool.

Bed very old. Bathroom needs a lot of improvements. The music from the next terrace. Breakfast poor. Pool hours 10 am-7 pm. The smell from the room. The sistem from the toilet, the water goes everywhere.

The location was amazing..! We arrived a little later than expected but the young girl on Reception was so so nice..! Told us we could park at the front and showed us to our room.. Explained about breakfast etc. and couldn’t be more helpful.. Stunning Hotel and location, would definitely recommend 👏👏😊

The only negative was the beds weren’t very comfy. We only needed the one night as we had a villa booked so served it’s purpose very well.

Nice location, large rooms, nice pool, clean, friendly stuff, a little kitchen to make a sandwich for the kids. The location is close to the beach and has a beautiful taverna accross the street.

Poor-decent breakfast, just to grab something before you start your day. Bad smell in the bathroom during the night.

It’s in a frecuented area, near the beach. The staff was very frendly and helpfull. Everything was nice and clean.
