Staff was nice and helpful. When we arrived they provided us a room on a street side and it was too loud and noisy. So we asked to shand to a pool side - so the host was very helpful and arranged the swap. Pools are clean and pool area is cozy. There is a bar that serves and prices are very okay. 2 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to a little centar with tavernas and shops. We were sattisfied with our stay. Nice that the hotel is rather a small or medium size.

Braek fast is okey but it might vary a little or they could offer even more local food. Nothing to complain about.

The reception staff (especially Argyro - thank you. You were great!) was very helpful, hospitable and kind. The large outdoor pool with its surroundings were the highlight of this hotel. Close proximity to the beach - just short walk.

Weird payment system at dinner, that you have to bring cash each time to buy something to drink, including water. Perhaps it would have been better if the hotel had secured a cash deposit upon check in at reception and sorted it out at the end of the stay. It is not hotel's fault - some noisy, horrible people at swimming pool made our time there less pleasant.

We loved how helpful Maria and Demi were. They were always smiling and happy to help. The walkway to the beach, whilst spooky in the dark, it was a lovely short walk access to the beach where we watched beautiful sunsets! A perfect location for this, also for moon gazing! The food was delicious, and a great variety each night keeping the meat and veggie eaters fulfilled! Wine was lovely, though we hoped to have a couple classic cocktails on the inclusive list but not a problem. We explored their menu… We loved our room location, ground floor and next to our party member and we were so grateful to have this request met!! The decor was lovely, a gorgeous outdoor seating and pool bar also. We loved the coffee and cake hour and ice creams all day! (With all inclusive) we didn’t catch her name but a lovely young server was always so smiley and happy to greet our daughter! As were the cleaners, very happy and welcoming, always greeting us in the mornings. Their service really was lovely. Though it was a very busy week in Crete with a bank holiday and religious celebrations taking place, the hotel always found us transfers and taxis with great timing and prices.

On arrival, our room had a couple dirty towels (they’d been replaced but had old food crusted on it or stains) and hair in our bathroom. The flusher wasn’t great in one of the loos and the fridge didn’t seem to work. We reported these issues and they were resolved. Though unfortunately it did leave me feeling like it was never fully ‘clean’. We were grateful for the response but the cleanliness just didn’t meet my standard. However, it didn’t ruin our stay. Maybe some fresh towels could be bought to replace the few stained older ones and this would make a huge difference.

- I expected that the location would be nearer to the beach and would include a private sunbed and umbrella there. - The bridge leading to the beach road could benefit from renovation to enhance both its safety and appearance. - The bathroom could use a mold removal treatment along the edges. - On occasion, there was a receptionist who was not as courteous as expected.

The road outside the hotel is very busy as it is the main road to Rethimno. It is not a very built up area, both business and local residents live side to side nicely. A short walk to the supermarket on one side and a 10 mins walk to the main road restaurants, cafes and shops on the other. The bus stops are also very close. As the road is used by truck, cars, moped and lorries alike you need to be really careful when you cross the road when in sandals and flip flops. They tend not to stop at zebra crossings even if you are obviously waiting to cross. The bus stops are mainly under trees but we had a car so we did not use public transport at all. Lots of tourists used them but the wait under the July sun would not have worked for us. Carry water with you if you decide to use the local bus.

The pool is deep and good for swimming, the breakfast and the dinner are delicious and you can choose from a wide range of foods. The staff are super kind, and they helped even choose restaurants and programs.

I was booked a triple room with a pool view, but the Hotel said that every triple room has the windows to the road. And since the windows are old, it was quite loud. There are not many parking spaces, but it seemed that everyone could find a spot eventually.

Modern , clean and spacious bedrooms. Bar and pool area have been beautifully refurbished. Staff are friendly, particularly at the bar and reception and very accommodating. Breakfast has lots of variety and is good quality with an omelette and pancake station

We didn’t do all inclusive and the drinks were poor quality for the price as in the cola was non brand but cost the same as a Pepsi or coke and the beer was poor.

The garden looked really nice and the pool was clean. The staff was very kind, they agreed to change our room because the initial one was near the road and there was a lot of noise. The gym was looking new and it is outside.

The AC was old. The pillow had a bad smell. Shower head had rust and dirt. No noise insulation for the doors and windows. Food was lacking in variety at breakfast, but the dinner was better. Coffee could be better.

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing. From the brilliant staff to the location and facilities. The food was delicious, so fresh and lots of choice. The atmosphere is very relaxing, both sitting by the pool or in the bar at night. Room was spotless and a great size. We loved it so much and have booked again for next year! The mix of guests is fab, lots of lovely Europeans, no one putting towels on beds. There’s a little town with gorgeous bars and tavernas a short walk away, or it’s a 10 minute taxi ride to town which has the best of everything you could want from a holiday in Greece - just dreamy 🇬🇷💙

No negatives from us, such amazing value for money for a top quality hotel.

Very clean and pleasant hotel. Excellent pool, great breakfast, and a rich salad bar at dinner. The beach is a 5-minute walk and very nice.

Dinner could use a quality fish dish. Parking was a bit crowded, and beach chairs cost extra.
