Absolutely fabulous in every aspect. A true holiday. Rooms and layout amazing, food so good, staff so very friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment, taxi rank opposite hotel to get into town. I think this was our best holiday yet.

Towels left on chairs when not occupied. We were never able to get a pool chair in the 7 days we were at hotel. This needs to be better controlled.

Beautiful design, very clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice relaxed feel. Although quite a long walk to the old town (when it is hot!) there are loads of shops, bars and restaurants all around the hotel.

The main pool near the sea was always quite busy .. although there are a couple of much smaller quieter pools that you could use. The walk to the old town was much further than we were expecting .. although worth it when you get there. Entertainment was mixed - excellent some nights (Greek dancing), dull other nights (presentation on Greek herbs!!). Open bathrooms are fine - but may not be to everybody’s taste!

The location is great! Close to restaurants, shops and a nice walk from the Old City. The hotel has various activities such as folk dance performances and aqua fit sessions every morning. The restaurant staff are extremely friendly, especially Popi and Anna. We loved every minute of our stay, thank you!

The staff were excellent. Beautiful common areas. Fun evening events. Comfy beds. Beach was lovely. We had to checkout at 4 am and the hotel ensured we had breakfast and coffee before we left. We got upgraded to rooms with private pools and our kids were ecstatic. Wish we could have stayed another week.

It was a touch too far to walk to the old town. 30 mins in the intense heat with no offer of shade would have done us in. But a $6 cab ride was not a big deal.

Everything was good from the room to the staff. Great breakfast selection and dinner.

I did not plan on using the pool but if you are it is too small for the size of the hotel.

No door on shower! No fruit in room as stated in my reservation and when I asked about it, night front desk clerk told me I must have been mistaken...I was not!

The Beach set. They are very old and ugly, especially the Umbrella are transparent and did not provide good shade.
