We had a great stay at Zannis hotel. Location is absolutely perfect if you are looking for beach holidays, 2min away from the beach, 35 min walk from the Old town of Rethymno. Room is being cleaned 6 times a week, very friendly personnel, big pool with a crystal clean water, sun beds and umbrellas. You have all the necessary things available: hair dryer, tv, air conditioner, fridge, little electric stove, kettle. At the balcony there’s plenty of space for having an early breakfast or a glass of wine at the sunset. A lot of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and souvenir shops around the hotel, great tavernas with a much cheaper prices then in the city center. It was an amazing choice and great value for money

Would be very useful to have beach towels and a sponge/soap in the room for cleaning dishes; other then these little things, we enjoyed everything

A few steps from the seafront where there is a golden sand beach. Walkable along the flat into Rethymno city itself and lots to do and look at on the way as well as plenty of options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Very nice pool and pool bar at the hotel and romantically lit up at night. Nice and peaceful.

The promenade and the beaches are really close, the hotel has an own pool, the rooms were really clean (rooms cleaned and towels changed whenever we requested them), the host was welcoming and helpful. The parking is free on the promenade, you just have to be lucky to get a spot.

The hotel has two wi-fi rooters out of which one was always out of order while I was having difficulty connecting to the other, but this fades over the positive parts.

We got upgraded to a larger room and got a cold water when we arrived. Everything was as a 90's 2 star hotell should be. It is also close to most things. If you walk to old town is about 30 min so in 30+ degrees heat it's a recommended to take the bus. Just make sure to buy a ticket from the ktel booth or the small markets close to the bus stops before. Thank you Pantelis, Bobby and Giannis! Γειά μας!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is very good and very near the beach and restaurants. Staff was very nice as well.

The Internet was not so good; however, the swimming pool was great. There were more likes than dislikes!

The location was fantastic, about 50 yards to the beach and close to lots of restaurants and shops. We did not have to enter the rest of the hotel to reach our self catering apartment which meant we could come and go as we pleased. Air conditioning was brilliant and the facilities in our room were perfect.

The beds were quite hard which was ok for a couple of nights but after 2 weeks was very uncomfortable.

The hotel was very clean and the stuff were super friendly! The location is also great, it is in a quiet part of the city, but not to far from the city center.

Close to the beach. Cosy and comfortable rooms. Friendly stuff.

The staff is very pleasant. The rooms were cleaned every day, we received clean towels every day.
