Location of this accommodation was perfect for us. Close to beach and good restaurants. As it is slightly out of the centre it was nice and peaceful. Communication from owners was good. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage whilst the room was being cleaned. Chocolates and local spirit was left on arrival which was a nice touch. Good supermarket close by, walk to the marina takes about 25 mins but it’s a lovely walk along the side of the beach. Rethymno is full of small shops and restaurants - plenty to fill your day!

There was nothing that could be improved

Location was excellent, 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach and a fabulous Gyros restaurant. The swimming pool looked very clean. The shower was fantastic and the air conditioning was excellent. Really happy with everything.

There is no ‘Theros ‘ sign visible from the road, that would be helpful. One of us had to get out of the car and walk around to find it( you have to drive up a single track road from the main road but there’s no sign until you reach the apartments.

It was very clean and well organized. It has a nice little kitchen set up and a cute little dining area. I enjoyed the balcony and the cute cats that would come and visit if you say hi to them. Location was great - in walking distance to the beach, many restaurants and supermarkets. We appreciated that there was a dedicated parking lot for this property.

A few minor dislikes.. - no smart tv, just basic satellite tv - shower doesn’t drain well so you’re standing in a pool of water most of your shower time - lack of sound proofing, it was very loud when someone would come into the building/hallway

Apartments were very comfortable, and staff extremely helpful. Good outdoor swimming pool. There is also a nice beach within short walking distance, 2 nearby supermarkets, and restaurants along the beach front

The car park for the property can be tricky to find, as Sat Nav struggled to find the exact location. However you can mitigate this by contacting the property in advance as they provide helpful directions

Peaceful and modern place to spend a holiday. Well equiped apartment, nice small pooll, well kept garden with lovely spot to have a dinner or lunch under grapes. We had nice stay and recommend to all who apprieciate intimate atmosphere. 3 minutes to the beach, close to restaurants, grocerys and cafes. Thank you Theros, you've hosted our family with kids and granparents so good !

Perfect location, private parking plot, pool in garden. Shops, sea, restaurants 5 min to walk. Housekeeper comes to sweep every day. Full cleaning every 3 days!!!

The only thing - ants. Balcony and apartment had ants. I kild some with mosquito spray, but still the apartment needs to be sprayed after every host fully (all corners). Despite that the apartment was very clean!!!

Great location, 3-400m for the beach, big room, nice host, free parking close by. Clean swimming pool, albeit a bit small. Despite it being small, it was not too crowded when we visited (end of August - beginning of September)

The bathroom and especially the shower was impossible small, and we’re not tall people. I’m 1.76m tall and my girlfriend is 1.74m and we could barely fit alone in the shower, never mind turning.

The apartment was very clean with cleaning service every day. The owners were very nice and also organised a transfer from the airport for us. We even recieved a small gift in the end of our stay.

We didn’t have very good view from our room, as it was a corner apartment in the basement. The room disposition was very deep, so it was necesary to use the lights even during the day. A small advice from us is to place some shelves also into the bathroom.

Very nice and helpful owners, we traveled with a baby, so they arranged us a baby cot and highchair, cleaned the apartment and moped the floor so the baby could crawl. Apartment is near the beaches and restaurants, around 25min walk to the old town, few minutes to the supermarkets.

We were very well received and felt right at home during our stay! The instructions to arrive at the hotel were clear and the hosts received us with immense hospitality. The free parking area close to the hotel made our stay super easy as well. The room was spacious and exactly as advertised, and it fit perfectly to our needs as a group of three. Both the bed and sofa-bed were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were super clean and the hosts even provided us with fruit, water and a complementary bottle of raki upon our arrival. The hosts were also incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check out a bit later than the required time on our last day, as we only needed to go to the airport later in the day and did not want to spend too much time out in the really hot weather. We were really happy with our holiday!

One evening there was not hot water in the shower, but it was a very warm night and so this was not a problem at all for us. The hosts informed us in the morning that this was something that affected the whole building, so it was absolutely not their fault. If anything, the strength of the wifi connection closer to the bedroom could be improved a bit, but this did not affect our stay in any way meaningful.
