Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, super friendly and helpful stuff. Incredibly good breakfast (we compared it with the buffet, and the a la carte option is even better.

The swimming pool doesn't have a heating option- for the hot summer would be fine, for the end of the season it was a bit too chill - however we could use the swimming pool at the hotel next to us. It is a bit strange to have a road with cars in front of the sea, so no silent walking or sitting in the restaurants - it is not for this hotel specifically but for the whole coast.

Very nice hotel with top professional staff. Breakfast was tasty with variety of quality food. The room was big, clean and comfortable with all the facilities you could need. Matress and pillows were perfect. The hotel has beach right infront of it, with free sunbeds.

We didn't like that the room was underground and next to the kitchen of the restaurant. Soundproof was not good and we could hear people working. Furthermore, you have sea view only when you are standing and you have height above 180 cm. The plunge pool is in the shadow all day long and the water is quite cold. The hotel is really nice, but I would avoid picking this particular room.

- new and spacious room - good breakfast in main hotel restaurant with wide variety and with fresh orange juice

- cold pool water - private pool located by public street and hardly separated from nearby restaurant - this suite building is in separate building (separated by street) from main hotels and you can't use their facilities - a la carte restaurant by chef is overpriced and average quality - some strange 3 star like hotel scheme going on, if you go into a la carte and use guest discount they ask you to not use the main restaurant - you have to provide 30e deposit by cash for garage key in 5 star hotel! We didnt have cash so we had to visit ATM just for that

Very clean, comfortable and directly across from the beach. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Water leaked from the shower so the bathroom floor would be flooded. Air conditioning would randomly switch off even when the balcony door was kept closed. Parking is very difficult in that area (no fault of the hotel) but if you are lucky enough you can get a parking spot in the hotel.

The room exceeded expectations. We had a Premium Suite Split Level with Sea View. The room was spacious, many thoughtful details like mosquito net on the terrace, modern air conditioners, TVs in all areas, 2 toilets, extra good bed mattresses and what is unusual - the sealed door of the room. The location of the hotel is a bit away from the noise, so you can enjoy the view and peace. The beach is right in front of the hotel with sun loungers. Also, breakfast and the most delicious morning capuccino are served in a modern way.

We loved the room (with plunge pool), the staff was super friendly and forthcoming, the food at the restaurant was fantastic, cleaning always spot on, nothing to complain about, really. The location os also perfect, literally across the street from the beach, just a hop away, so to speak, and the hotel had a swimming pool too, which was nice. Also very nice was the WiFi coverage, which extends into all the rooms, the swimming pool and even the beach! That's something I never encountered before

Nothing not to like, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything about your experience is going to be top notch! We had a room with a private plunge pool facing the beach. From the very beginning checkin was smooth and easy and we were allowed to checkin early. A huge plus for us was that the suites are pet friendly, making our stay with our small dog so easy. The suites are brand new, with excellent amenities… nespresso machines, beautiful shower and bath space and the icing on the cake were the dreamy mattresses. In fact I picked this stay based on another reviewers comments about the mattress being so amazing, and he was RIGHT!! Mattresses in Italy and Greece by and large are stone :). These mattresses were perfection! We loved having the private plunge pool and used it frequently to cool off from the intense Cretan summer heat! The beach was just steps away and the beach loungers are for the hotel. Free breakfast is included and the staff serving is so sweet and kind youll never want to leave!!! We wanted to bring Evi home with us and Georgios and the Italian chef were also lovely. You’ll leave feeling the true sense of Greek hospitality! PS the breakfast area has a nice breeze and a million dollar beach view! Also, the cleaning staff is amazing, the rooms are SPOTLESS and all parts of the hotel are clean, beautiful and well maintained! What a wonderful stay!!!

The staff is very nice. The room is suitable for pictures. Breakfast was eaten in the hotel opposite, there is a wide choice, but the place is very loud, the service is not the same on each day.

There is a taxi rank in front of the hotel, and buses to the hotel opposite can be quite noisy. The hotel's own restaurant is almost empty, it cannot be profitable at all. We booked it on sale, so it was worth it, but we wouldn't pay that much for it at full price. The hotel's private beach is full early, quite crowded, so we preferred another well-established beach. The place may be suitable for the elderly, I would rather not recommend it for young people. The hotel itself has been completely renovated, but less quality workmanship. Water was leaking at the shower. Cats walked in to the hotel pool for drinks, this could be nice but not affordable.

Rights across the street from a sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas provided. Swimming pool at the apartament building is tiny (includes a great baby pool and a small pool with water current - only one person can swim at a time) but we also had access to 3 other swimming pools at neighbouring hotels. Dining space was not yet ready when we arrived, so we had breakfasts at the Aegean Pearl hotel - they were great, lots to chose from and excellent service.

For a couple of days there was a problem with yellow tinted water from taps and showers in the bathroom. Apparently hotel has their own water tank which has not been cleaned/emptied in a while. Once we flagged the issue they fixed it within a day, but it could have been done before the season. Staying there with a baby we were worried that dirty water was a health risk.

Staff was exceedingly kind, friendly and helpful, from the young ladies in the breakfast bar to the night guard. The breakfast at the Breeze Suites (a la carte, included in price) was probably the best I've ever had, more like a 7-course gourmet meal. Direct sea-view was great. The room was spacious, well-equipped and squeaky clean. The tiny swimming pools in from of the room were really nice and gave a sense of privacy as we were all alone there.

Surrounding area is a little noisy from passing traffic.
