Excellent small hotel located a stones through from the beach. Breakfast choice amazing - waffles, cake, eggs, bacon and really nice juice and coffee. Room was fantastic (we had a superior room that had a two balcony). Room was really quiet - no noise during our stay. The Pool is a wee bit small but not a problem really. Pool bar great too with a lovely choice of snacks at lunch - pizzas amazing. Would definitely return.

Staff were fantastic with lots of great advice. Beach and other tourist sites were reasonably close. The room was comfortable and good value.

We had some difficulty with the people in the next room who were extremely noisy late into the night. The walls seem very thin at 2am. While there was no manager to complain to, we understand a night manager was about to start work in the hotel soon after we left. Staff the next day were very emphatic about our experience. The hotel should think about setting some guidelines about noise levels after midnight. Young families should check with staff whether this hotel suitable for them. I would only stay here again if I knew I could get a decent night sleep.

The hotel is in a perfect location, 30 second walk from the beach and a 2 minute walk from the promenade so close enough to be able to get to everything within a couple of minutes but far enough to be away from the noise. The staff were all friendly and helpful and happy to give suggestions of where to visit, eat etc. The rooms are are great size and really clean with fresh towels provided everyday. The pool area is private and peaceful with a great poolside bar. Can't recommend enough!

The hotel was decorated beautifully and the staff were incredibly friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for money!

The location is a bit far from the Old Town and the beach across the road is a bit dirty.

Location is a little bit of a distance from the popular area, but provides access to a relatively quiet beach, offsetting the distance. Studio type room made everything convenient.

Beginning of the season, so the property was adjusting to getting ready with some things not quite ready. Two things for improvement would be better towels and providing some (at least two for arrivals) coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine. People could always buy more for longer stays at a nearby market, but having the machine, but no ability to make coffee on your first night is a bit disturbing.

I was greeted with such politeness by the woman at the reception. She was so helpful, explaining everything I needed to know about the property. She even treated me with sweets during Easter day (visited during Easter). Room was super spacious, with a nice balcony facing the swimming pool and the sea. Breakfast was tasty.

Breakfast could have had more variety. Spa amenities etc. were not available.

Staff of the hotel was very helpful, nice and careing. Hotel breakfast were fresh, had quiet a lot options, breads, croissants, puddings, different egg options, greek traditional cuisine with cheese, olives, fresh vegetables, fruits, there was no time something was missing. You can also have lunch at the pool. The pool was clean, enough napping places, private. The place was quiet, no loud disturbance from the outside, very close to promenade, half an hour walk to the Rethimno.

The staff makes the hotel truly great! Upon arrival we received a warm welcome from the host (Fifi), who told us everything we needed to know about the area and gave us great recommendations! The rooms are clean, with a nice rainshower and the pool area with bar is modern and inviting. The bartender (Barbis) also serves great cocktails and makes sure you’ll have a good time! It only takes you 1 minute to walk to the beach and there are many shops nearby so also great location. Would highly recommend!

Lovely and cozy hotel, very friendly staff. The hotel is located on the edge of the city, at the end of the city promenade (it takes 30-40 minutes to walk to the city, but you can also take a bus, for example when going (and walking back in the evening)). The local beach is simple, but not overcrowded and pleasant, with sunbeds available. It is easy to park and make trips outside the city. The pool is a children's favorite! Breakfast good, but we preferred to make it ourselves in our kitchenette. We had a room with sea + pool view, the balcony was too sunny in the morning and during the day (there was no shade), but in the evening it was pleasant and the view was beautiful. The recommended nearby 1+1 restaurant was very good! Unfortunately, we didn't try the Thymar restaurant, but it also looked very good!

The location is perfect. Not even a minute walk to the beach. Two pools and further away from the town center (reachable w a 30min walk, but lots of restaurants within a 10min walk distance), so its beautifully quiet. Beds and pillows were amazing (as a bad sleeper this is so important to me) and to wake up :the view out of the window was ever so lovely.
