Great location Friendly staff Great housekeeping

The restaurants felt quite disorganized Not busy but long wait times / erratic service Missed drinks orders etc A lot of the staff seemed very young and in need of training - they were super friendly but lift of them looked out of their depth It did not feel like a 5 star dining experience in any of the restaurants Whoever is doing the food and bev training has some work to do

September visit- Peaceful location, nice clean beaches, amazing swimming pool, awesome beach chairs, good breakfast, great firm bed and daily housekeeping, very clean, daily top up of fresh water and coffee capsules, plenty of towels (also beach towels included), excellent wifi, recommend to visit as a couple, not very family friendly (no playground, no kids amenities in room etc)

Beach staff were pushy, food in dinner restaurant very awerage, bad coffee at breakfast, far from the city (30 min with bus), very expensive shuttle to/from airport (60€, weird it is not included in room rate), balconies are not roofed so when raining everything pours down a d everThing is wet so you cannot use balcony, a bit too expensive beach bars,

The property was vast and the area we stayed very private and secluded. The room was well-designed, modern, clean lines, with high ceilings, large bathroom and shower, wonderful balcony with amazing view of the Aegean. There are 3 beaches on the property, and we enjoyed all the beach clubs, where the sunbeds were free for guests.

The hotel is set amongst a very large property on the tip on the peninsula. The property was is also set on a steep slope. Whilst our room was secluded and right at the top of the slope affording great views, this meant a long distance to walk up and down the hill for breakfast or to get to the beaches. There are golf buggies available for guests to call upon, but they’re always in high demand so often between 5-30 minute wait which can be annoying. Luckily we had a car, which we used to get up and down the property. Service was up and down. You could tell the staff were quite stressed at times, and it looked like they were short staffed at times, or the staff were quite junior in some areas, particularly at breakfast and front desk.

We were pleasantly surprised with a completely unexpected and beautiful upgrade to the Nest Infinity room with a hot tub. Staff is very kind, friendly and accommodating! The selection of different areas and beaches in the resort is unmatched - you can watch both - sunrise and sunset from the beaches reached by foot or a complementary buggy. Food and coffee were great. Housekeeping and hot tub cleaning were done exemplary well! Our chihuahua dog travelling with us also had one of the best times of her life!

During our stay lunch options inside the resort were a little limited - when we checked Nest restaurant, it was closed during lunch time, and Grace restaurant was closed for a few days due to repairs.

The location of the hotel is the amazing with the best beaches available to the residents. The breakfast is excellent with breathtaking views and the most of the hotel's staff is very friendly.

They need to add more choices to the beach bar menus They need to add more buggies too. Sometimes they are immediately available but at some specific times you need to wait for some time to get one. The staff of the kids club was superb but the kids club is located at a basement and has a moldy odor.

Wonderful site and gardens. Beautiful views. 4 beaches to choose from and 2 swimming pools. Very good for young children under 6.

Chaotic meals. Certainly not 5 star service. I have had better 2 star. Understaffed running around like headless chickens. Disorganised especially breakfast. We ordered a table for 7 to be reserved feom reception at our first night. No one knew about it. After half an hour of waiting, we had to re request and staff said it wasn't possible so we had to go off site to a village restaurant. Wonderful service and truly greek. The menus were pretentious and over priced. They didn't even offer pitta bread. At breakfast, the staff attempted to serve but it was terrible. Often you had to forage your self for a spoon.

Beautiful grounds with fabulous views, four beaches to choose from along with numerous beach bars. Two breakfast areas and three restaurants. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Skiathos town 20/25 mins transfer but if you aren’t bothered about going into town every night (we weren’t) it’s not a problem as there are the hotel restaurants and other restaurants within walking distance. Hotel restaurants were good although we had a couple of issues that could very easily be resolved

The location is beautiful, and the fact that you have 4 beaches at arms reach is a plus. What stood out for us really is the staff, they are amazing. Everyone is kind and helpful even in peek season and even when working long days in the sun. They make you feel very welcome and their hospitality is star worthy.

We would love to see a bit more authenticity/ flavor in the food next time we visit.

Probably the the best you can get in Skiathos. The hotel rooms are beautiful, the beaches amazing and the restaurants scenery breathtaking. You have 4 beaches to choose from every day and we always found plece on each of it ( in August). The spa services are superior comparing to other 5 star hotels in Greece, and I mean services only, not the facility. Reception staff kind and always helpful. It is perfect for families. They have also a kids club where our kids were happy to go several times.

The reason I did not rated 9 is the need for improvement in these areas: - the room was clean superficially ( we found dust in the room and parts of the bathroom untouched by the cleaners) - the restaurants menus and breakfast need improvement as the food outside the resort is much better at the tavernas - the kids club had a strong odor of mold ( situated at -1 without natural light). - the spa facility looks poor comparing to the teatments and products which are very good - the transportation whithin the resort ( very big) is done by electrical cars and the service is slow ( during breakfast or dinnertime the waiting time is long to get in a car)
