Gorgeous, clean, comfortable studio apartment with in lovely grounds. Always a lovely welcome from Rula and Dimitri! Great bar behind serving full range of drinks including cocktails. The location is brilliant too- 8 beaches within walking distance- the nearest 5 minutes walk away and some through beautiful forest tracks. Good variety of restaurants nearby and the bus into Skiathos runs every 10 minutes to 1 am. 3 euros per journey. There is also a water taxi from Koukanaries beach 6 euros. Couldn’t ask for more.

Very central, close to markets and koukounaries beach entrance. Room was overall nice and comfortably big for a week stay. Daily housekeeping with towels change after 3-4 days. Family-hotel with friendly staff. Good quality/price ratio. There is a bar on site ran by the owners.

Communication via email with Dimitri wasn't the most quick-responsive. There was a small fuss in the beginning where we booked the large studio but we were about to be given a small one. In the end they gave us the big one, but It was a bit unconfortable/tense situation to talk about. Daily housekeeping was ok but floor haven't been swooped properly everytime. So bit of sand and hairs remained on the ground day by day. Some nights the music at the bar was kinda loud until midnight or so

Wonderful 2 week stay, room was small ( we knew this when we booked ) but brilliant for what we wanted. Lovely private balcony with views of the lake and bus stop outside. Hosts were the best. Nothing was too much trouble they made our stay even better. Had some lovely nights at the bar being entertained by Demetriou. He makes the best cocktails on the island ! Can't wait to return.

Owners are very kind and helpful people. Apartment, bars, gardens all areas are very clean. That is big and comfortable. Rooms has been cleaned everyday. Apartmant is well equipped. Hair drier, cutlery, paltes mokka maker, kettle etc. Bar has good price. Shop, restaurants, beaches are only short walk.We really recommend them. I am sure we'll go there back.

We liked everything

Perfect location! 2 mins from supermarket and restaurants… 9 mins from beach or 13 mins to another beach - both lovely with great sunbeds and traditional and cool vibes beach bar/cafes. Right by bus stop 25! Super easy to get around. Loved getting water taxi to town from Koukounaries beach as another option €7 each person each way. Hosts lovely and helpful. Amazing shower.

Overall features and experience exceptional. Beautiful garden with a bar. Very quiet and peaceful. Top location, walking distance to the number 1 best beach in Skiathos. Spotless rooms. Hosts are extremely helpful and kind. Definitely will come back.

Maistrali Studios has a perfect location, near to all the most beautiful beaches on Skiathos. Raula and Dimitris are wonderful and easy going people, they made our stay perfect. We had a nice room on the ground floor with a big terrace and a small kitchen and bathroom. Everything was perfectly clean, beds were really comfortable. Also the stuff that is working in Maistrali was really nice. If we come next time we are definitely going to book Maistrali Studios again

Nice room and very friendly owners. The Busstop is right in front of the biulding, the bus drives across the whole island. The room got cleaned very well every day and we got clean towels every day too. The maistrali studios have a bar right next to it. The owner makes the best drinks we had on the island and theire cheaper as well. The owner couple are very helpful, they can tell you where to visit and the guy has fun story's to tell from all the years in skiathos.

Room was very clean and very well equipped considering the size. Toaster, fridge, crockery, clothes rack etc. Had everything we needed in our week long stay. Location was very good and site of the apartments was very pretty.

There was music playing loudly from the bar every evening which kept us up. It was definitely still going at 11:30pm.

We had a wonderful time here. The Host is super kind and nice. She gave us Beach towels and umbrella as well for our stay. We had a beautiful terrace and everything needed, like towels, bathroom accessories, kitchen neccesities. The beach is close, only a few mins Walk, the best beach. Also there is a supermarket 2 mins away and a good restaurant. I recommend this place.:)
