Verginis met us at the airport and was very friendly and helpful. He also allowed us to leave our bags in another vacant studio on our last day so we could enjoy another day out before he drove us back to the airport for our late flight. The studio was very comfortable with a lovely balcony with sun and shade overlooking fruit trees with the sea in the distance. Great sliding mosquito screen to the balcony so we could leave the doors open all the time. The beach is only 5 minutes walk and the town only 20 minutes walk. Such a great location. We ate at lovely nearby tavernas so didn't need to go into town at night. The shop and ATM were also just 5 minutes away.

Might have preferred the top floor for better view of the sea but it didn't affect our enjoyment. The small electric oven and gas hob were quite old but we ate out in the evenings so didn't need them. Otherwise we had all we needed for making breakfast and lunch. Air conditioning would have cost extra but it was cool enough at night with the balcony doors open.

Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and immaculate everything was. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly, they were always on hand with local tips and thoughtful touches that made our family feel so well looked after. Comfortable, pristine, and hosted with heart — we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

10 min transfer from the airport, only 50m from the beach with beach cafés, Skiathos town 15 min walk which included a hill. Clean, spacious room, huge bed which was very comfortable, cosy balcony, the free Wi-Fi was an excellent signal, good powerful shower. Much appreciated mosquito net! Air con only 3€ per day but I didn’t need it because the room was a comfortable temperature being as it was end September/beginning October .. Really lovely host.

Some of the cutlery was quite old so needs replacing. Care is needed when showering as there is no shower tray, this is normal in Greece.

I worked remotely from this apartment. The wifi was fast and reliable and I could work from the terrace in the morning and in the evenings (when it wasn't sunny). There was a comfortable table with a chair I could use for work otherwise. The host was friendly and let us use his washing machine free of charge. The room was very clean.

Concertina bathroom door - it didn't feel like it offered much privacy. The kitchen is not very well equipped. There is no hotplate but a portable camping thing with a gas bottle. I had no idea how to use it so I wasn't really able to cook anything. An electric hotplate would have been much better.

Very clean, bright apartment. The shower was better than what we have at home! Gentle but effective! Towels and Bed changed regularly. Basic utensils all there. A small balcony/terrace where we used to sit for breakfast or in the evening. The closest we have ever been to the beach and all amenities, supermarket, Bus stop and ATM and restaurants very close.

Can't think of any improvements.

Nice little hotel, always clean. Staff very friendly. It was our second visit to this hotel and we will definitely come back. They have fitted mosquito screens so was lovely to get through the holiday with no bites! Air conditioning was great. Thank you!

Studio was typical Greek in a great location. 10 min walk to town and 2 min to the beach. Owner was lovely and always on hand. Great restaurants 2 min away along the beach. We had a sea view balcony which was lovely to sit and relax on.

Peaceful quite location, beach 50m, Skiathos town 50m away, really appreciated the mosquito net. Host is a lovely man. Very good Wi-Fi We paid extra to upgrade to a sea view room which was beautiful.

Great care is needed in the shower, there is no shower tray (which is normal in Greece)

The accommodation is very well located, clean and there are no frills. It did the job. The lovely owner helped me with washing and recommending restaurants. The balcony was lovely overlooking a huge vegetable garden.

The owner could maximise space by putting bunk beds in the room, instead of two single beds for kids, along with the double bed for parents. And a big piece of basic, even home made, art on the wall would look great.

Very comfortable bed, proximity to the beach, proximity to the town, the snacks and water provided in the fridge, the courtyard where we could have our meals if we did not go to a restaurant, the host was on site
